Is the Christian Pledge of Allegiance plagiarized from the American Pledge of Allegiance?
Who claims authorship of the "Christian Pledge of Allegiance"? No
The honest answer is always best. Take a good, hard look at yourself and figure out why you no longer want to be self-employed. Hopefully it's not just because your own business failed. If that is the reason, try to dig deeper. Why did it fail? Is it because you were not committed to making it succeed? (That's the #1 reason entrepreneurs fail: they give up too soon.) If you called it quits on your business decide how and why it happened. Practice explaining that story to yourself and your friends. Failing at one thing doesn't mean you'll be a failure at everything. The interviewer wants to know why you'll succeed at their workplace. Find the traits in yourself that didn't work for running your own business but will work helping their business succeed. People who have run their own businesses have a lot to offer employers. Even if your business failed, you will have a huge amount of wisdom and perspective that other employees without the same experience will never have. Find a way to sell your experience as a benefit; an asset for your potential employer instead of a liability.

Show samples of plagiarism. A few weeks ago I assigned a simple research paper to my high school science class. They were to write a single page, double spaced about one aspect of the coconut. For example they might choose to write about growing coconuts. An assignment such is this should always be in you own words. You read and take notes regarding the topic of research then you tell what you learned. Here is a sample of the work I got: The Coconut Palm (Cocos nucifera) is a member of the Family Arecaceae (palm family). It is the only species in the genus Cocos, and is a large palm, growing to 30 m tall, with pinnate leaves 4-6 m long, pinnae 60-90 cm long; old leaves break away cleanly leaving the trunk smooth. The term coconutrefers to the fruit of the coconut palm. This is plagiarism. The student came to Wikipedia, highlighted and copied the information, pasted it in a word document and turned it in as his own work. Here's an example of putting this information in your own words: The Coconut Palm is a tree found in the tropical regions of the world. It's scientific name is Cocos nucifera and it comes from the Arecaceae family. This is a family of palm trees. There are many different types of palm trees, but only one species has the genus Cocos. The Coconut Palm can grow as high as 30 meters. It's leaves are called fronds and they might be between 4-6 meters long. The coconut palm bears a fruit known as the coconut. As you can clearly see, I have used the information found in the paragraph copied and pasted from Wikipedia, but I've changed up the sentences and added words creating my own report. Of course, I will also add a "Works Cited" page at the end of my paper giving Wikipedia credit for the information I used.
What question should you ask the interviewer?

All published works are copyrighted?
Actually, no. The Copyright Act only protects works that express original ideas or
information. For example, you could borrow liberally from the following without fear of
plagiarism:
• Compilations of readily available information, such as the phone book
• Works published by the U.S. government
• Facts that are not the result of original research (such as the fact that there are fifty
U.S. states, or that carrots contain Vitamin A)
• Works in the public domain (provided you cite properly)
Why plagiarism become such an important issue in the higher education?
Back in the day, before the internet, people had to actively pursue something to copy and to disguise as their own. They recognized that it was not their own writing. With the advent (always wanted to use that word) of the Internet, people were coming across information that they used in reports and other papers, without considering if they were breaking copyright laws both for the writing and the ideas. This has become such a problem for teachers who assign reports and other writing projects that there are now software programs available which analyze student's writing for unoriginal content.
How do you organise the content you need for a document?
It is generally easy to research the content of a document, if it's standard and pertaining to your business. This in all likelihood won't present you with any dilemmas associated with gaining new knowledge about the content you're required to organise. However, if I'm required to present different content to that which I'm used to, I have to consider 2 major factors in my research: # Exploratory research that structures and identifies the new content
# Constructive research that ensures the result of my explorative research is valid
Protocol then dictates that this new content is presented to the person who delegated the responsibility to me and is discussed to reach a resolution, regarding the presentation. Organising the subject matter involves the creation of processes and strict analysis of the content I've researched. This is usually a combined effort of the delegates and me, to establish an outline and mapping the outline. I ensure I use the information appropriately and I am aware of copyright laws and plagiarism. I use technology to organise the content and I manage the content with technology.
How do you make an animation move and attack like in the Animator vs Animation videos?
First of, I am highly convinced that this short, "Animator vs Animation" was inspired by the short "Duck Amuck". For all I know, the creator might have even plagiarized it, as it has many elements and ideas taken from that.
"Animator vs Animation" was created by Alan Becker. He most likely used a program called 'Macromedia Flash'. This program was created by the the company 'Adobe'. Like all programs, they must be learnt, and I recommend learning to draw first, before playing around with software that is to become outdated in a few years.
