How do you write a child support agreement letter?
If there's no court order, you're not. see link
This is not exactly true. If you are not court ordered to pay child support and you do voluntarily, the parent with custody of the child must write a letter verifying that you pay child support on your own recognizence and have it notarized. It has to been the custodial parent who takes the letter to the notary and she must sign it in front of that notary as well as show identification to verify who she is.

Can photocopying a text book for personal at work be considered as a theftfraud at work?
The photocopying of material which is not publicly available as open material without the permission of the copyright holder is against the law, usually treated as a civil matter, but in some cases can be classed as a criminal act. Doing so, particularly for multiple distribution to others, is classed as stealing someone's intellectual property and can be treated as theft.
(new person)
Yes, it can be.
If you photocopy it just to read yourself, for studying or something, then it's fine.
Though, if you claim it as your own/don't reference it, use it in a power point, as examples, etc., then it's not allowed, as that would be plagiarism (stealing information to use and claim it as your own) - which is also theft.
As the person above said, it's different if it's publicly available. Although, since it's from a textbook that is your own, it's violates copyright laws, and you would definitely need permission from the copyright holder if you were to distribute any part(s) of it.

Are there Old Testaments quotes that were plagiarized by the New Testaments Authors?
Yes and no - the New Testament authors (and even Jesus Himself) used quotations from the Old Testament. However, 'plagiarized' isn't exactly a good word to describe it because it was not perceived as negative at the time. Particularly when writing or speaking to audiences who would be familiar with the writings that we now call the Old Testament, people would quote parts of it with the assumption that people would recognize the stories or passages they were talking about. Here are some examples of quotations found in the New Testament:
Several in the Gospel of Matthew, such as 1:23 (from Isaiah 7:14) and 2:6 (from Micah 5:2)
Several from Jesus such as in Luke 7:27 (from Malachi 3:1, talking about John the Baptist) and in Luke 8:10 (from Isaiah 6:9, talking about parables and understanding)
Some from Paul such as 2 Corinthians 6:2 (from Isaiah 49:8 about God's aid)
Many of these quotations are started with something like "It is written" to show that they are a quotation of Scripture, but no specific mention of the book quoted is given. Also to the above, these assertions are often made by anti-Biblical and anti-God scholars , usually atheist, which are then accepted as proven by Christians and Christian authorities. There are just as many New Testament quotes that were plagiarized by Old Testament authors as there were the other way around.
2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

How do you properly list works cited?
It depends on the style asked for. One is the APA (American Psychological Association) style. The other most used one is MLA. Either of their sites lists specific rules. Each is very different, and very specific about how to do a reference page (which is what you are doing when you are listing works cited).
Every author you cite in your paper must be in the reference list, and vice versa. So check and see what the specific teacher or professor wants, in terms of style. APA and MLA also have very good manuals in hardcopy. There is also a style known as the "Chicago Style", but it is not used as much as the other two. Again, it all depends on your subject and course requirements.
Is it illegal to steal a snowman?
No. However, to do so entails "criminal trespassing", which may be a crime.
Anyone who spent his time in the snow to make it would not want some clown to steal it.
The builder could be mad and happy at the same time...because in a day or so, the snowman will be a messy pile of slush.
But The Evidence Melted
Since he's (or she's) technically a man (woman), the theft would actually be considered kidnapping.
Why are people dishonest and untrustworthy?
Sometimes, it is how they were brought up, sometimes its because they are immature and dont want to deal with reality, sometimes, its because it has happened to them and they are suspicious of others. Sometimes, its because it is the easier thing to do, people are desperate at times and once they start lying and decieving they have to continue to cover their tracks. NOT everyone is like this, you have to weed out the ones that are like this.

What is plagiarism and why is it a grave offense?
Plagiarism is when someone copies someone else's words, text, or work and calling it your own. Plagiarism is basically taking someone else's work and calling it your own work.
It is a grave offense because you should be coming up with your own work, and not stealing someone else's work. It is stealing of intellectual property and saying you came up with it all on your own, when you didn't, so it is considered a serious and grave offense.
Calligraphy, script, longhand, handwriting, manuscription...
Were in the world did Christian start?
Christianity is a religion evolved from the Ancient Egyptian Religion of Sun worship between 2 and 3 thousand years ago. Because of this knowledge safe to amuse it started in Egypt.
First it is important to point out that Jesus Christ as worshiped by Christians has only ever appeared in religious texts which are not considered to be a reliable source of history by main stream historians. He has never appeared in any actual historical documents and so there is considerable doubt as to whether he actually existed as described in the bible at all.
As far as the origin of Christianity goes there are many documents I can reference but the documentary "Zietguist" does this for us very well so I will quote a summary from the text:
"Furthermore, the character of Jesus, a literary and astrological hybrid, is most explicitly a plagiarization of the Egyptian Sun-god Horus. For example, inscribed about 3500 years, on the walls of the Temple of Luxor in Egypt are images of the enunciation, the immaculate conception, the birth, and the adoration of Horus. The images begin with Thaw announcing to the virgin Isis that she will conceive Horus, then Nef the holy ghost impregnating the virgin, and then the virgin birth and the adoration. This is exactly the story of Jesus' miracle conception. In fact, the literary similarities between the Egyptian religion and the Christian religion are staggering."
I recommend you watch the whole movie or read the transcript for more complete information.
How do teachers know if a paper is plagerised?
There's several ways that teachers can tell. There's software called "Turnitin" where the teachers can not only check it through software, but also run it by other teachers & professionals who are trained to detect plagiarism. The teachers can also check it against others students who they think s/he plagiarized off of. The most obvious way of detecting however, is to judge the paper's value next to how the student performs in class & for homeworks. If the student normally doesn't do well in class, goofs off constantly, and/or doesn't appear to have put forth any effort but puts in a paper that's beyond what the teacher thinks they're capable of, then they will suspect plagiarism. They also look for obvious things such as quotes from specific books & whether they are quoted correctly or not. In the end, if the teacher has even the smallest question of whether the paper is plagiarized, they will usually act upon it. Even if the charges are later dropped, an accusation will stay on your school records forever & you will be examined incredibly closely by future teachers. This is why it's so important to quote things correctly & to ensure that your paper isn't something that can be suspect.
How should you answer if a job interviewer asks why you chose to get an MBA?
The following was written by Wharton College Pennsylvania. This should help.
Why an MBA
The MBA is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. It is a degree designed to give you the ability to develop your career to its fullest potential, at an accelerated pace. What will you get out of an MBA? Aside from a powerful life experience, the MBA degree should supply three main value propositions: Skills, Networks, and Brand.
Skills
These include the "hard skills" of economics, finance, marketing, operations, management, and accounting, as well as the "soft skills " of leadership, teamwork, ethics, and communication that are so critical for effective management. MBA students acquire these skills inside and outside the classroom. Since MBA programs attract people from very diverse industries and cultures, a program should be able to leverage these differences and translate them into learning opportunities.
Networks
An MBA degree program offers access to a network of MBA students, alumni, faculty, and business and community leaders. This network can be very useful when beginning a job search, developing a career path, building business relationships in your current career, or pursuing expertise outside your current field. For example, entrepreneurs need access to capital, business partners, vendors, and clients. Arts-related businesses need access to funding and strategic management in order to position themselves to be relevant in the marketplace. Global businesses need access to local business cultures as they expand their enterprises to new territories.
Brand
The MBA degree is a recognized brand that signifies management and leadership training. The particular school and type of MBA program you attend also have brand associations that can help open doors based on the school's reputation. The strength of a school's brand is based on the program's history, its ability to provide students with technical skills and opportunities for personal growth, and the reach of its alumni and industry network. A powerful brand can give you the flexibility to make changes throughout your career.
