The Government of the United States is a Representative Democracy that has promoted Capitalism for generations. While promoting this endeavor has made millions of people better off then they would be otherwise, it has left some of the lazier humans, or less fortunate behind.
In the 40's, F.D.R. started our first tiny bit of socialist tendencies. We call this scam out Social Security System. It is the first known ponzi scheme in America.
We are now engaged in a new era of free money. Both parties are looking to buy future votes at the price of our children. Technically, this is a form of communism as all money is given out by the Government and controlled by the Government, but this system is more evil and insidious. We are handing out money that is not really there. We are taking money from our children and grandchildren to keep the money flow and lifestyles of the people alive today. This is not a true socialist system either. The answer to your question is that we were a capitalist society and quickly trying to become a non existant soceity. Socialism requires that we live within our means. The system we have now does not bother with that detail. We are a society based on prue greed.

What are the similarities butween communism and dictatrship?
They are two entirely different concepts. A good example would be to site the USSR which its dictators described as a Communist organisation. In a Communist organisation the the work and assets means of production are controlled by the state for the benefit of the people of that country. Russia was turned into a dictatorship where the will of one man took precedence over all else. the people were simply ripped of and if they complained they were made to suffer or die. Communism and dictatorship have no similarity's because their is no formulae to dictatorship other then force.
Do political campaigns promote democracy and good government?
sure it does. it forces parties to address the more serious issues. lots of campaigns air out a parties dirty laundry, but this allows the people to get the information they need to make a educated choice at the polls. candidates have to be honest about there agendas. it also makes the candidates do more ground work in the states. a boots on ground technique. gives the people a clear view of the different parties. all this allows us the people to make better choices, which in return promotes a good government.
Conservatism is basically a belief in keeping things as they are, and in respect or reverence for tradition and the established social order. Conservatism is prudent to the extent that all change involves an element of risk; you never really know if a change will work out well or badly. Conservatism is difficult to apply as strongly as it once was (although there are people who are trying very hard) because the world itself has undergone vast changes in recent centuries, and old solutions do not work as well as they used to, in a changed world. Technological change, in particular, tends to defeat all efforts to keep things the same.
Is there an amendment that guarantees the right to free government programs?
No. A government program is what is called an "entitlement" which means your ability to receive benefits under that program is what the law that creates it entitles you to have.
But the Supreme Court has stated there is no property right in an entitlement. The government can modify, replace, or cancel an entitlement program at any time, and there's not a thing you can do as far as getting anything from it. If, for example, Congress was to repeal Social Security - and thus commit political suicide in the process - the fact you paid into it for decades is irrelevant; you don't get your money back and you have no recourse to get the benefits you would have been entitled to. (At least until those former Congressmen who lost the election by landslide margins are replaced by new ones who re-established it!)

In communism equality is achieved through violent revolution?
Communism doesnt always have to be implemented by a violent revolution, for instance.
"One way to implement communism is for humankind to take its very own course and develop a peaceful and compassionate society and put capitalist morals behind them. Something like this to happen is very inevitable and would most likely never happen; although it is technically possible. A variation of the tactic listed above is Social Evolution. Social Evolution basically argues that a society will evolve to a communist nation over a long period of time." taken from my history paper

What steps can be taken in order to come up with a people driven constitution for a country?
When writing a constitution especially democratic one you must first ask yourself a very important question you wanted to be representative Rob such as our Republican America or do you want to be a direct democracy such as very small cities in the past. If what I understand you want people driven so you want to direct democracy these are very difficult set up because they need very very small places in order to run correctly
Regardless there're several attributes that you must flush out for what type of country you want when you are writing a constitution. The most important is the construction of a set of rights like in our Constitution the Bill of Rights which protect the people from the government.
Secondly and most complicated you have to come up with what types of powers various parts of government will have. This is the part that required all of the founders because it's complicated and you have to work out a schema for how different parts will interact with each other. The reason why the Constitution took so long to write and why the Constitutional Congress was so long is because there were so many debates on how power should be divided up and If the power should even be granted in the first place.
YES , division of powers and independent judiciary the two important features of federal form of government
Can a country be a electoral democracy and not be considered free?
Yes. We are not really free, and we don't have a true democracy. What we have is a representative democracy. We don't really make decisions. We elect people to make decisions for us, and they often have motives other than our best interests at heart. You might think of a good law that would help many, but if it is not politically expediant, no representative will sponsor it. Also, think of the many things we could say and do a decade ago that we cannot do now. We still have a representative democracy, at least at face value, but we continually seem to be losing freedoms.
