A trim package offered in the 1970-1981 firebirds. Was one level up from the base firebird, offered a delux interior, ect. Was not a performance option.

There is no relay. The voltage comes from the fuse box directly to the headlight switch.

Is it just the cluster or the whole dash lights are out?

If whole dash check the fuse or as I have had similar problem light this was the headlight switch and replaced it.

Your catalytic filter is clogged up and builds pressure inside itself resulting in heat and a large amount of cash beiing spent by you because this baby (new) will cost you at LEAST 600$ and if i were you i would go to the scrap yard to buy one or better yet just take it off. You will pollute and fail emmission tests but you will be able to buy all of the ice cream cones you want! and much much more!!

it depends on the size of the v8 and the trans your running... a TH2004R should be able to take a 305 without to much issue. but anything over that is asking for trouble.

6.5. But there is a catch. They are subs. If you try to hook up a standard 2-way or 3-way they will sound like crap and have no highs. There is also 4 wires to each speaker because the monsoon 6.5 was a dual voice coil. There are only a few option, one is made by bazooka.

The rear hatch can be replaced by another hatch from an 82 to 92 firebird or camaro.

The center button you push down to change gears is removed by careful prying up on it with a small screwdriver. Once you have it removed, you'll see a snap ring. Remove it and now you can take the rest off.

lower the tail gate on the truck. there will be 2 torqx head screws removed the screws it will loosen the inside of the tail light assy... pull on the tail light assy strait back. the light assy should come out turn the bulb casing on the back of the light assy and pull the bulb out.

Check the Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF Sensor). Either it is dirty or damaged.

I suspect they are like my 1999 Firebird. You have to go up from underneath. There is a panel that opens and then you have to reach in through that panel. When you feel the rear, twist it slightly and it will unlock and come loose. Be careful not to handle the new bulb. Oils from the fingers will mess it up.

You can also take the plastic cover off of your high and low beams and each down through the opening to get to the fog lamp. You really need a strong arm to do it this way, however.

I replaced mine OEM lamps (with sylvania silverstar bulb # 880ST) from the underneath on my 2000 firebird. After I got the panel open (2 fasteners) and twisted to remove the lamp holder, I found that the wiring was just barely long enough to get the holder clear of the opening. I did not jack the car up, and I suspect that it would make this much easier. USE JACKSTANDS! Also when reinstalling the new bulb I found it easy if I looked through the the lamp lens from the front. The socket is keyed so the lamp holder only goes in one way and about a quarter turn is all that is needed to lock the holder into place. Finally, DO NOT remove the screw at the top/front of the fog light lens. This is apparently an adjustment and if you remove this screw (as I did) then the spring which holds tension on the lamp assembly will fall out. It took more time to find and reinstall this spring and screw than it did to repalce both of the lamps!

to remove the whole side mirror.with the door open you unscrew the small rectangular shaped platic (inner part of the door)then that exposes the three screws n bolts that hold the mirror and a connector that moves your mirrors electronically.just unscrew n replace

No. If you car is having difficulty requiring reset, disconnect the battery overnight or for several hours. This will reset the computer and clear any codes that may cause the computer to prevent the ignition from operating. There are a couple of ignition codes that will prevent the car from starting.

This happened to my 97 firebird. In addition to the lights going up and down (what I refer to as "blinking") an awful grinding noise could be heard. It was discovered that the gear inside the headlight motor was stripped. It is very expensive to replace the whole motor. What I did was replace the gear inside the motor. I bought the gear online from www.RockAuto.com for a nominal charge. Then I logged onto www.firebirdtaclub.com/ttlight.htm for information with regard to the headlights/motor/how to replace, etc. My bird's headlights are all fixed now.

There is a relation between the alarm system and the headlights. If the alarm kicks in, the horn is activated and the head lights will start flashing on and off up and down.I would asume that when the car is locked and alarm set, system will check proper position of headlights.

The seized needle to the far left of the fuel level indicator marking usually indicated an instrument cluster failure. If the protective instrument lens is removed one can try to manually reset the needle. If automatically goes back to the "off the scale" position the condition can be further narrowed down. Common failures include a bad cluster, wiring harness damage at the sender/fuel pump, and the sender/pump assembly itself.

If the turn signals in the dash don't work, what about the outside front and rear turn signals? Working? Not working? If it's not working, replace the turn signal relay under the dash.
