How can business help solve poverty?
The first and probably most obvious way is by giving people jobs. It is an oft cited statement that the quickest way out of poverty is to be employed. Less obvious ways are by delivering goods more and more efficiently (and thus at cheaper prices. read: Wal-Mart) and by inventing new goods.
Wal-Mart is a prime example of businesses helping poverty simply by means of doing business (Someone is bound to complain that Wal-Mart hates poor people. Save it, I'm merely using Wal-Mart as an easy example). Wal-Mart's business model is having goods at the lowest possible price. This allows poor people to purchase goods they would not be able to have at higher prices. It keeps inflation down, which is very good for the poor.
The invention of new goods drive the cost of other goods down. For instance, if a cheaper substitute for milk was invented, more people would buy that, thus providing profit for the company that invented it. And businesses exist for profit, so there is incentive to find cheaper ways of doing things.

While it may seem that the private sector is more efficient, the answer is actually ambiguous. Many studies in the 70s and 80s pointed to this efficiency in the private sector, but new studies (with the addition of new data from across the world) are showing there is actually little difference between the public sector and the private sector's abilities in reducing poverty.

What is the role of education in poverty eradication in Africa?
Education is paramount in terms of eradicating poverty. To understand this, we must understand the cause of poverty. There are many causes of poverty, so I'm sorry to evade a short answer, but here I have made a list of some considerations:
Although this is just a small cross section, I hope this helps to piece together a larger picture of education and poverty. Poverty is not a simple cause and effect. It has many causes and many results. Education equips a generation to come with the necessary skills to flourish and ultimately eradicate poverty. I did generalise, but I would be surprised if the answer was found insufficient. Poverty does not exist only in Africa, but is present around the world. Africa often has the worst poverty, but it not the only poverty, so I would also put poverty into this wider context for you. The role of education in Africa, as elsewhere, in poverty eradication is down to multiple ways in which education infiltrates all classes, resulting in the empowerment to do more than would have been expected, and even to do what may seem impossible: eradicate poverty.
How does poverty relate to violence against women?
Speaking from a rational perspective it doesn't, however speaking on a global scale you can clearly indicate those wartorn and poor countries that have suppressed female rights. The corrolation has more to do with factors on both sides than with each other it is just that they are often found side by side without causing one another.
