What does it mean when the doctor says that your beta level is at 246?
It just means that your HCG levels are within the 4 week age.
No, I don't think so. Sorry. The numbers should double every 36-72 hours-ish. And anything 5 and under is considered negative, so I think it probably headed that way.
You aren't alone though. All we can do is keep trying.
High HCG levels can indicate multiples, but cannot guarantee them. Your levels are midrange for 5 weeks, mine were 7200 at 5 weeks on the nose, which is high, but normal. Ultrasound is the only way to find out for sure. If you have a "feeling" or are experiencing intense morning sickness, it is said this can be a sign towards multiples as well.
How long can you tell if your pregnant after you concive?
Early pregnancy tests are usually positive within 14 days after conception (sex).
My first response would be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are not very accurate for detecting early pregnancy. The tests can detect about 20 units and above. If you really want to be sure, get a blood test as they can test for about 5 units which is much more accurate.

How early can you find out if your pregnant?
It takes roughly 24 hours for sperm to travel to the egg and fertilize it and then another week or so for the fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and implant in the uterine wall. Once implanted, it begins to form the placenta, which is what produces HCG, the hormone that pregnancy tests look for, even the bloodtest that you get at the doctor's office.
Is hcg and beta hcg the same test for pregnancy?
They are similar. HCG tests look for the HCG hormone in either blood or urine, but it is only detected at a certain level, 20 units, I believe. Beta HCG, on the other hand, is a blood test that detects the exact amount of HCG in your bloodstream. It will give the doctor an exact number, so technically, pregnancy can be diagnosed sooner.
Does your BBT stay the same if you are pregnant?

Is it safe to have little tiny bumps all around your nipples and if not what should you do?
This is perfectly normal. Many woman have these. However, if this represents a change in your breasts, it is recommended that have a doctor take a look at them. Donna
To expand on this question. 2 and a half months ago I took 4 urine tests and all were possitive. I took one the other week and it was negative which was weird and scary to me. I have irregular periods but have never gone longer than two months. It has now been almost 5 months. I have nasea and have to sleep all the time, my breats are a little tender and I have to urinate all the time and other pregnancy symptoms. I have had burning in my upper abdomen, and aches and pains and back pain and headaches. My stomach is sometimes tender to touch and I'm gaining more weight (but that could be anything ) Should I be scared or should I be worried I misscarried without knowing? I have had no kind of blood whatsoever in almost 5 months.

Yes, having low hcg levels or no hcg levels while pregnant can be hereditary
If your hormone levels are very low are you pregnant?
Low hormone levels alone do not confirm pregnancy; in fact, they can indicate the opposite. During early pregnancy, certain hormones such as human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) typically increase. If hormone levels are low, it may suggest a non-viable pregnancy or other health issues. For accurate determination of pregnancy, a pregnancy test and consultation with a healthcare provider are recommended.
