How do you go to the local papers with a story?

THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER THIS IS THE QUESTION ABOUT FINDING A LOCAL PAPER TO READ MY STORY AND THIS IS JUST A FEW OF THE EVENTS WHICH ARE TRUE AND ALL I WANT IS JUSTICE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i am a fifty five year old lady i started my business on a market stall which i worked for many years now have a small business in Northampton in2003 i took ill and was diagnosed with multiple schlorosis so now i only open two to three days a week, on the 9th of February 2008 the day was going well as Saturday is my best day a lady Mrs Wendy Wooten and a gentleman came in the shop the lady was kind of stomping in demanding a uniform for her male friend i was polite and said I'm sorry i don't have any no.2 uniforms that wouldn't fit him they went through every uniform at the back of the shop, he was a large and very quite man then she left the shop not amused that's were it all kicked off . The woman Mrs Wendy Wooten has gone to one of these small express solicitors on line to try and make a claim against me she claims she fell coming in to my shop this is a total untruth and and a pack of Lie's I had customers in the shop at the time which they have given a full witness statement. They then left the shop while outside the shop she saw a uniform hanging outside on the window, all i saw was Mrs Wendy Wooten trying to get to it, i then said not to touch the uniform as it was too small for him and it is for show as it was chained to the bars on the window outside i then attended to my other customers, Then all i heard was her shouting for a accident book i went outside she had obviously kicked the stool not that i actually saw the incident when i went out and all she had was a tiny graze on her leg she started shouting to the gentleman who was with her , about something like she hasn't got a accident book then she walked off as i recall i said to her in the shop you should go to a fancy dress shop that's your best bet for the size your looking for anyway she walked off to a fancy dress shop, then my other customers in the shop asked what on earth was that all about i said "i haven't got a clue just a woman shouting her mouth off. If you read their statement you will then see that the woman is lie,ing THIS INCIDENT WAS 9TH FEBRUARY 2008the next Tuesday or the Tuesday after that I'm not to sure, the health and safety came out to the shop because she must have gone to them first to see if she had a case either against the council , the health and safety man i told him what happened he had a good look around and then he said "well this is nothing and am not taking this any further and left the shop. Then a week later i got a letter from express solicitors in macclesfeild saying she was claiming for a accident that happened to a Mrs Wendy Wooten I went home with this letter and showed it to my husband first thing he did was ring the insurance broker, the broker which he knows personally from a previous relationship, he sold us the insurance the broker said your not covered for personal liability, we have had a long and painful time dealing with the broker and NIG insurance, i know that no insurance would not cover a retail shop with out the right cover i know we are covered for public liability this matter is now in the hands of the ombudsman which are still looking into it. I have answered all express solicitors letters which they deny.

So far this must have cost me £2,000 , i had one solicitor that we went to with the letter for court appearance i had to attend the last thing he said to me was he would stop this court hearing and change the venue as it was in macclesfield and try the insurance again. I also went to citizen advice and saw a solicitor and he told me to write back to express solicitors this was some of the letter i have all the documents "this woman is the victim of her own misfortune" and that was a good solicitor working for citizen advice. obviously they took it to court because the solicitor went on holiday and never got in touch with the court and he had all the documents for the court hearing. I then wrote to the court and explained why i couldn't attend i have multiple schlorosis and this mess is just making my illness worse, the court got my letter but then i got£750 costs .

Then i started getting horrible phone calls from a woman at express solicitors threatening that they want the £750 or they'll send the bailiffs in i put the phone down on the woman a few times as she was really nasty to me they don't know where i live but they know the shop one day express solicitors rang and i told them the shop closed she got really nasty i put the phone down, a few days later i got a letter from express solicitors saying that the shop is open as they have a photo showing the shop open i can only conclude that Mrs Wendy Wooten who is trying to claim from me came and took a photo of my shop and myself from across the road. in fact i know for sure it was Mrs Wendy Wooten because it is in one of express solicitors letters. I have now got another solicitor on the case but its just all about money again. the court wrote and wanted all the details of the case why i don't know i have sent them to them. then i got a letter from express solicitors that they were sending bailiffs in then i had a official letter from the court to pay by a certain date we had no choice but to pay. On the same day the bailiffs were meant to come my front door off my shop was smashed , i cant prove anything but just hope the police will find something on the CCTV camera I'm still waiting. i have been sent the medical report from a Mr h p Henderson consultant, some things that are in the report
