How do you go to the local papers with a story?
So far this must have cost me £2,000 , i had one solicitor that we went to with the letter for court appearance i had to attend the last thing he said to me was he would stop this court hearing and change the venue as it was in macclesfield and try the insurance again. I also went to citizen advice and saw a solicitor and he told me to write back to express solicitors this was some of the letter i have all the documents "this woman is the victim of her own misfortune" and that was a good solicitor working for citizen advice. obviously they took it to court because the solicitor went on holiday and never got in touch with the court and he had all the documents for the court hearing. I then wrote to the court and explained why i couldn't attend i have multiple schlorosis and this mess is just making my illness worse, the court got my letter but then i got£750 costs .
Then i started getting horrible phone calls from a woman at express solicitors threatening that they want the £750 or they'll send the bailiffs in i put the phone down on the woman a few times as she was really nasty to me they don't know where i live but they know the shop one day express solicitors rang and i told them the shop closed she got really nasty i put the phone down, a few days later i got a letter from express solicitors saying that the shop is open as they have a photo showing the shop open i can only conclude that Mrs Wendy Wooten who is trying to claim from me came and took a photo of my shop and myself from across the road. in fact i know for sure it was Mrs Wendy Wooten because it is in one of express solicitors letters. I have now got another solicitor on the case but its just all about money again. the court wrote and wanted all the details of the case why i don't know i have sent them to them. then i got a letter from express solicitors that they were sending bailiffs in then i had a official letter from the court to pay by a certain date we had no choice but to pay. On the same day the bailiffs were meant to come my front door off my shop was smashed , i cant prove anything but just hope the police will find something on the CCTV camera I'm still waiting. i have been sent the medical report from a Mr h p Henderson consultant, some things that are in the report

I'm just looking for justice how can somebody do this i have a witness she is just lie,ing why "obviously money"
my, husband is a carpenter and sometimes works for a magistrate he explained what has happened his reply to my husband was pay up then go to the papers and then they'll tell your side and then the truth will come out. I just cant do that this is going to cost me thousands which its money i don't have. where is the Justis shes lied about every thing how can some solicitors in Macclesfield take on such a case when she lives in Northampton and they wonder why small business go out of business i have built that business up from a doing markets in Northampton Corby,fFnmere and welling borough there is so much more to say but I'm quite ill at the moment so if you need any information i will be more than willing to give it .
This is just getting worse by the moment and i really need to see justice done this is going to cost thousands to defend i don't know a lot about the justice system but so far what i see its all to do with money not justice .

What is the headline of a newspaper?
The 'headline' on a newspaper is usually on the front cover. In big letters, it may take up a whole half of the page or even more. Imagine this little drawing as a newspaper. You pick it up, it reads:
___________________
-Celebrity name here-
CAUGHT
DRINK-DRIVING! (p3)
--------------------------
-insert picture here-

Headlines are used to attract peoples attention. You wouldn't pick up a paper that said, in tiny writing, "How grass reproduces" [XDD Just a random thing] would you? Headlines are big, and bold, and makes people want to read them. Remember it's not just all Celebrities and drink driving, it could be politics, sport... really anything that takes peoples interest :3 Hope I helped x

A voltage is not something that "surges through" a completed circuit. Voltage is a potential difference that is applied across a device or circuit. Thus, it would be more correct to say "1 ampere of electricity surged through the victim's body". Although
this current would have disastrous results on the human body, it doesn't sound that exciting to people who have never studied physics. Perhaps the newspapers get it wrong out of ignorance - or perhaps they 'choose' to get it wrong for other reasons.
Sensationalism has long been a part of US media. The statement makes its impression because of the large number, coupled with the familiarity of most people with "high voltages" as dangerous.
