What was the recipe for the 1960's Hardee Huskee?
Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to this question...but I sure wish I did. Back in the mid- 60's I lived in Greenville, NC, the original home of Hardee's and met Mr. Wilbur Hardee, the founder, once. That being said, I've been craving a Hardee Huskee hamburger since the new owners took it off the menu almost 40 years ago. If anyone can help answer this question, I, for one, would be eternally grateful. I'd really like another Huskee hamburger before I die!

What pigment makes salmon red?
Salmon's muscle tissue is vascularized with blood vessels and is built for long endurance swims as opposed to white muscle which is built for short, fast bursts of speed.
If you are talking about their skin pigment then it is colored by a carotenoid-class antioxidant pigment called astaxanthin … as do lobsters, crab, shrimp, and other shellfish with reddish parts. Salmon and shellfish get astaxanthin from eating plankton (or creatures that food on plankton), which get astaxanthin from feeding on micro-algae that produce the carotenoid in the first place

How do you convert a sugar cookie recipe to diabetic recipe?
You can not.
You can off-cause use less and substitute the sugar with other suitable sweeteners (the quality, form, aroma will not be the same). But remember: corn, rise, bred, potato or any other similar products will eventually be transformed to sugar in the body.
Actually diets like GI (Glycemic index) is based on above fact.
My advice is to take the cookies as they are and think a little more on the rest 99% of what you eat.
