Soundbars are rarely supported with universal remotes that use a numbered code system. Your best bet is use a remote that connects to a computer to get control codes, such as the Logitech Harmony series.

This will vary by year of TV but this works often. Make sure to have the TV remote in hand. Press the menu button then choose Setup. From there choose auto program. If it ask you to select a source choose Air or cable. Then there should be an auto program option to press for the channels get programmed.

The booklet says 004, 013, 049, 108, 110, 180, 209.

I've got a little black rca remote, and sanyo tv code wasn't in the manual. Found it manually "052". our other rca remote had 1048 for our sanyo tv.

I think I understand the problem, as it appears a lot of other people are asking the same question all over the internet and this site, too. Answered it elsewhere, but will answer here too:

I recently bought a Klic2 from Clicker Products After MUCH research and trying ALL the codes in their instruction manual, (because I was convinced I would succeed somehow - they said so...) it turns out that the Lynx Pro 455 (Model 2211L) operates on a frequency of 303 Mhz. All the other garage door openers operate at different frequencies: the so-called generics at something like 390MHz or 315MHz... or something like that, anyways.

The bottom line is that the Home Depot products currently being sold as "compatible with EVERY Garage Door Opener" (as clearly stated on the actual package) are NOT compatible with Lynx. In case you are interested, the Lynx garage door opener comes from Lynx products which originates out of New South Wales, but has mfg and distribution in North America. Their very meager and virtually useless emailed the company for a user manual (which is NOT available for download on the website) earlier today. We'll see if they respond. Totally frustrating.

Last little bit if you are interested: The only compatible keypad that I've been able to find is one which is proprietary to the manufacturer, and called "lynx PROLINE KEYPAD". The only place that I've been able to find selling this item is DEK Canada Strangely enough, I can't find any place that actually sells the Lynx Garage Door Openers brand new? Anyone have any idea if these are actually retailed to consumers? This unit came installed in a new construction project - so perhaps the builder got a deal. I can't find Lynx at Home Depot, Rona, CDN Tire or elsewhere...

I want to tell you what just worked for me... 1. Turn the component on that you want to program 2. Press and hold that component key (TV, VCR/DVD, or SAT/CBL) on your remote 3.Press ON/OFF button until your unit turns off. 4. Press Stop button to program the "code" that you remote found to work your component.

There isn't one. No one knows when the next remote will come out that will have the right code(s.) Apparently, Sylvania just screwed everyone with their latest line of televisions, and they cannot be programmed to ANY universal remote.

to program here you go

get in car and lock doors with switch on door

put key in and out of ignition 7x or when hazards flash

turn ignition on (do not start car)

press any button on 1st remote(if hazards flash you are good)

if they do unlock/lock with door switch and do next remote

(up to 4 can be done)

when done turn ignition off open/close door and try them out

Go online to the manufacturer. The manual that came with the device has them. Ask at a store who sells the item and see if they can come up with something.

1. Find your Cable Box code below
2. Slide the 2 way selector switch to "CATV"
3. Press and hold the display button while entering the cable box code
4. Release the display button
5. Test to see if it works

If you need to program your new keyless entry remotes without a trip to the dealer here is how. It works, I just did two myself. Read throught the steps before you try. 1. Remove key from ignition. 2. Remove the "BCM PRGRM" fuse from the fuse panel, accessed by opening the front passenger door. Use the legend on the fuse panel to properly locate the "BCMPRGRM" fuse. 3. Close all of the doors. 4.Close the liftgate. 5. Insert keys into the ignition, and turn the ignition lock cylinder to ACC (one click towards you - the opposite direction from starting the engine).6. Turn the ignition lock cylinder to OFF, and then back to ACC within 1 second. 7. Open and close any vehicle door. A chime will be heard when the system enters the programming mode. 8. Press and hold the transmitter LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously for 14 seconds. IMPORTANT: After 7 seconds, a chime may be heard confirming successful synchronization. It is necessary to wait approximately 14 seconds for a second chime that will confirm successful programming. Your new remote has been accepted and all existing remote codes have been erased. 9. Repeat the previous step on each additional transmitter to be programmed (including any existing transmitters). 10. Remove the ignition key from the ignition lock cylinder. 11. Install the "BCM PRGRM" fuse back into the fuse panel.

First, hold down the unlock feature on your door and keep it held down. While holding down, turn ignition key over 2 times and turn off (dont start vehicle). The speed at which you do this is not important, but just turn to where radio will play and instrument panel lights up. After you have done this the unlock-lock will cycle on your doors automatically and the horn will sound. Now, you can let go of the unlock on door and Hold the Lock and Unlock function on the remote, Both at same time! Hold for 15 to 20 seconds until your doors cycle thru lock-unlock. They will do this automatically while you are holding both remote keys. Now, Turn the key over again and then off. This should set your remote to work. If this does not work, there may be a problem with the remote or you may have a remote not compatible with vehicle or even dead battery in remote. Hope this saves someone some time and money!
