There are certain insurances and benefits that will reimburse or help supplement the cost
of care for a senior. Long-Term Care Insurance and VA Benefits are the two entities that help with the cost. The service for senior care must still be paid directly to the agency, however, both entities will be directly reimbursed to the client.

hi, i'm not sure if this is the answer you were looking for but i do health & social care at college and i've learnt that you should use:-
Non-verbal communication:-
- good eye contact
- good posture to show your relaxed e.g. dont fold your arms as that might show to the client you are angry with them
- sit or stand arms-length away from the client to give them personal space
Verbal communication:-
- Be careful in the way you would praise the client..e.g don't say 'you are a star and have tried fantastically' in a patronizing way as this could make the elderly feel as though you are talking down to them
