After Muhammad's death in 632 CE, Islam spread throughout the Middle East primarily through military conquests, trade, and missionary activities. The early caliphs, particularly during the Rashidun and Umayyad caliphates, led rapid expansions into regions such as the Levant, Persia, and North Africa, often capitalizing on existing political instability. Additionally, trade routes facilitated cultural exchanges and the dissemination of Islamic beliefs, while Sufi missionaries played a significant role in converting diverse populations. This multifaceted approach allowed Islam to establish a strong presence across the region.

Shaka Zulu implemented several military innovations that transformed the Zulu army. Firstly, he introduced the "iklwa," a short stabbing spear that allowed for close combat effectiveness. Secondly, he reorganized troops into smaller, more mobile units called "regiments," enabling greater flexibility in battle. Lastly, Shaka emphasized the use of coordinated tactics and formations, such as the "horns of the buffalo," which allowed for encirclement and surprise attacks on enemy forces.

Before the removals, District Six in Cape Town was a vibrant, multicultural neighborhood known for its diverse community, rich cultural life, and strong sense of belonging among its residents. It was home to a mix of people from various backgrounds, including Black, Coloured, and Indian communities, who lived together harmoniously and contributed to a lively atmosphere filled with music, markets, and communal gatherings. The area boasted a unique blend of architecture, local businesses, and social hubs, making it a dynamic urban space. However, this flourishing community faced destruction when apartheid policies led to forced removals in the 1960s, radically altering its character and displacing thousands of residents.

Askia Muhammad, also known as Askia Muhammad I, was a prominent ruler of the Songhai Empire in West Africa during the late 15th and early 16th centuries. He ascended to power in 1493 after a successful coup against the previous ruler, Sunni Ali, and is known for expanding the empire, promoting trade, and enhancing Islamic scholarship and culture. His reign marked a period of significant prosperity and development, particularly in centers like Timbuktu and Gao. Askia Muhammad is also recognized for his efforts to centralize authority and promote a more structured administration within the empire.

This process is called desertification, where overgrazing and drought lead to the degradation of grassland and the transformation of the area into desert-like conditions.

The middle passage was a terrible experiance for the slaves as they were all chained up lying on wooden pannels which would often have more slaves above them, they we're fed disgusting nasty food and were abused physically and mentaly. They were often exercised and given fresh air once or twice a day and were made to dance etc. They were treated like this for many many weeks, even months. So thats why:)

The Dutch usurped the land of the South African natives and then proceeded to totally disenfranchise them. Natives were only permitted to reside in designated communities. Racial segregation was the law of the land, and any who opposed the Apartheid government were ruthlessly put down.

Shaka Zulu was assassinated by his half brother that felt it was unnecessary how King Shaka killed 7000 innocent people just because his mother died. His half brother later took thrown after Shaka's death. :(. King Shaka was assassinated by his half brothers Dingane and Mhlangana with the help of their aunt the great Mkabayi to assume control of the Zulu nation.

Apartheid implied for nonwhites that they were the dominant citizens of South Africa. Apartheid made them feel as if they were better than the blacks. It molded them to discriminate and hate someone just because of their race. It created legal unjust regulations that promoted unnecessary hatred against innocent people.
