What do people who claim to have been abducted by aliens say happened to them?
It would probally capture you and do some kind of genetic or sexual experiment to you. Then it would kill you.
It would do a sexual experiment to you and then scar you for life or kill you.
It would do a sexual or horomone experiment on you and test you. Then it might kill you.
Of course, the number of people who are actually known to have been abducted, is zero.
If you counted 1 intelligent alien civilization per second, it would take 400 million years to count all 12,600 trillion intelligent alien civilizations in the universe.
In short.. yes... when you go down the rabbit whole into "classified" documents that have been leaked by humans who dont see why info of such importance should not be kept from the majority... start by looking into the ancient alleins... into all the "gods" that seem to be part lion, or cheetah, or wolf, or snake.... the book of enoch, the anuaki, there is an ex cia lady named linda she is ussally talking sharing top secret documents on anonymous official channels videos on alleins.. she speaks in detail about descriptions of alliens that the goveenment is aware of and has been in contact with... now majority of gods that ancients worshipped they recall actually seeing and serving these gods with powers and knowledge and in details how they physically look compared to us.. its all connected.... how the top answer was no half that sentence was unreadable

No people were not around when Pangaea was. The time of Pangaea was before the time of the dinosaurs (they came in the Jurasic era) and we are supposed to have evoled from some types of dinosuars.

Therefore, it is currently impossible for humans to tell whether aliens need water, like humans do, to survive.
However, there are many speculations on the biological structure of aliens. Some of these guesses are shaped like humanoids, others not. Obviously, though, we can't identify any as being wrong or right just yet (although some ideas are just crazy).
We have also been successful in finding planets that are capable of sustaining not just any life, but HUMAN life other than our own. These planets are far away, however, and the immense distance of space keeps us from determining whether there are really humans, or any life, on these planets. If there are, however, they could be classified as "aliens" to us, and they would most likely need water like we do.

If you think of historic person Vlad Ţepeş aka 'Drăculea' that generated the idea for Bram Stoker's 'Dracula', then one should know his parents were from Transilvania, România. According to Wikipedia (2011), some details are brought in regards of his parents:
"His Romanian surname Drăculea (also spelled "Drakulya"), by which Vlad was referred to in several documents, is in reference to his Romanian father, Vlad Dracul, who was a proud member of the monarchical chivalric order for selected nobility with a Latin name "Societas Draconistrarum" meaning the Order of the Dragon."
"His mother is believed to be the second wife of Vlad Dracul, Princess Cneajna of Moldavia, eldest daughter of Romanian ruler Alexandru cel Bun. He had two older half-brothers, Mircea II and Vlad 'Călugărul' (Vlad 'the Monk'), and a younger brother, Radu cel Frumos (Radu 'the Handsome')."

In Bram Stoker's fictional book, Count Dracula does not mention his parents in the book, Dracula. He just tells Jonathan Harker that he is from an old family.
"I myself am of an old family,...."
He also discusses the battles his Dacian race had fought in the past, going back over the centuries, but no mention of his family.

When are the alien Greys going to be fully exposed to the public?
Never, either the Greys don't exist and this is one big hoax. Or they are so much more advanced then humans are that they nothing to do with us.
