Answer: It is your choice, you can choose a Apple iPad WiFi + 3G or a normal Appe iPad WiFi. If you get the one without the 3G you can run it on WiFi only and not pay a monthly contract fee, the only thing you will pay for is the internet service.

Mp3 is a file format, a way to pack sound so that it takes less place in a computer memory. there are other formats that do basically the same thing. Ipods are manufactured by a company called Apple, and they can play Mp3 files. Any other gadget that does about the same but is from another manufacturer usually only gets called an Mp3-player.
Better is much a question of personal preference.
Early Ipods were prone to battery trouble, and Apple often tries to make sure that their customers stick to apple products only. Other brands are often more flexible when it comes to which accessories they can work with.
Todays Ipods for sure aren't bad, and they're very stylish.

I would convince them by trying several approaches... 1) Good grades and attendance at school. 2) Helping out with chores around the house other then ones already asked of you 3) Get a part-time job. Showing some form of responsibility, may help convince them.
i would tell them the pros of a phone for example if you are lost or you need to stay after school late and they wont let you use their phone( that's not likely to happen but you could try)
Apple does not make iChat for iPad. But if you have an iPad 2 or newer, you can use FaceTime which is very similar to iChat.

Micro Communication refers to the type of communication where an individual conveys the message to a small or limited number of people, e.g. a teacher talking to his classroom students!

Good Mobile phones have built in overcharging protection built in. when battery reaches a maximum charging level, the current flowing through it reduces. once charging current flow reduces below a threshold level, a circuit completely cuts it, separating the charger from the mobile phone. Also, with current batteries, there is no longer the problem of having to run your battery down completely before charging. Previously, doing this would cause the available charge to shrink.

At this current time there are no cell phones that are designed for the united states market that can accept 2 sim cards. I know that there are phones sold by Verizon wireless however that can use Verizon cdma network which doesn't require a sim card and then allow a sim for uses overseas on Vodafone's network. Besides that if you are really that set on having 2 sim cards in one phone then there are a few site that sell a piece which must be soldered onto the circuit board within the phone and then i have no idea how you can switch between the 2 sims.
