My tire pressure warning on the dash board is on I already adjusted the tire pressure with the help of the guy form the service dept at our local auto shop but the light warning is still on how can?

Just had the same problem with my 2006 Toyota Corolla. With my specific Toyota, I turned the key to ACC and held the Low Tire Pressure button in until the lamp on the dashboard lit three times. Then, I turned the key off and repeated the procedure. This evidently works (we'll see). With other Toyotas, there is a Tire Pressure Sensor reset button underneath the dashboard directly below the steering column. You follow the same procedure as described above, making sure to repeat the procedure a second time. Hope this helps.

STEP 1: Remove the console top
Open the console arm-rest and remove the two bolts near the latch.
Lift the console from the now un-bolted end and carefully pry up from opposite end (there are 4-6 tensioning-pins holding the remainder of console top.
BE CAREFUL - you have a plug in the console top for the traction control.
Lift up the console top and adjust it out of the way.
STEP 2: Remove the shifter position indicator
If you're REALLY god at working in small spaces, you MIGHT be able to remove the bulb socket from the shift indicator without removing it, but realize you have to turn/twist the bulb socket about 90 degrees and then pull down.
The bulb is on the driver's side of the shift indicator. Remove the indicator by removing four bolts and lifting up slightly to gain access. Twist the bulb out of the indicator module, replace bulb, and return bulb socket into the shift indicator.
Turn ignition key on to assure the new bulb is working properly.
STEP 3: Reassemble the console
Place the shift indicator module back in place and put in the four bolts.
Set the console top tension-pins into place and press back down working from dash-end back to console glovebox compartment.
Insert the two console-top bolts back in at latch area of console glovebox.
DONE!

To reset the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on a 2005 Toyota Highlander, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 10 minutes to clear any stored error codes. After reconnecting the battery, start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes without pressing the accelerator to allow the ECU to recalibrate the TPS. How do you adjust parking brake 2008 Toyota Highlander?

It is supposed to adjust automatically (from constant usage). If you don't ordinarily use the emergency brake the adjusters might be 'frozen' from dis-use. On an empty parking lot try putting the vehicle in reverse and while keeping a steady foot on the accelerator, back up SLOWLY but steadily and with your left foot pump the brake pedal a few times. If this doesn't work - try doing the same thing only this time pumping the emergencybrake pedal. If neither of these tricks work, you'll have to see your mechanic and get the mechanism freed up.
