sometimes starters get "stuck" take a hammer and hit the casing on the starter motor, if you can't get a hammer in there to hit it use a piece of metal pipe, place it against the starter and hit the other end

On my T100 4x4 Extcab it is just under the cab below the Driver side seat. This metal fuel filter is REUSABLE. Remove from fuel line carefully and take apart housing and clean the metal screen filter inside Be careful in loosening the fuel line nuts or you will twist/break the line. One nut turns clockwise & the other counter-clockwise.

i had one changed a couple of years a ago on a 93 t100 and it was a belt.

on my 89 Camry it was fairly simple. First GENTLY pry off the cover on the INSIDE of the door that serves as a backing for the mirror, next remove the 3 retaining screws theat mount the mirror the it's housing, after that it should be as simple as pulling the mirror ( in it's entirety) off. Ryan

Look at the connector to the neutral switch, on the passenger side, at the tranny, there should be two No. 12 wires. These are the wires that tell the computer the truck is in neutral or park. The other smaller wires are for the shift position lights and the reverse lights.

You can either cut these wires and connect them together of get a 4" piece of wire and two spade connectors to make a loop and connect them to the pigtail connector. Alternatively you can remove the switch and trun it to the park position and attach it to the body.

The idler arm shaft, which goes into the bracket should be torqued to 58 ft/lb. The 3 bolts on the bracket to 105 ft/lb. The idler arm to relay rod 40 ft/lb

Advancing the timing will not make the valves clatter, it will make the engine detonate if you're not running higher octane fuel! 5 degrees btdc is correct, and you can go as far as 3 degrees either way and still stay smog compliant (in California atleast) but advancing may cause detonation, which if left unchecked will cause severe damage to your engine!

The timing on the 22re should be set at 5 DBTDC. It can be set ahead to 8 or 12 BDC if it doesnt cause the engines valves to "clatter" and "knock".

the dome light and clock all run of of the remote memory wire which is a blue wire with a yellow strip/ and your constant wire is grey.

Idler Arm bushing are worn out is first thing that comes to mind. Don't forget about the steering rod recall for cracking on the older T-100's.
