How do you align ribbons on navy service uniform?
You use a ribbon bar. These are thin frames of metal or plastic with pins. You slide the ribbons onto the frame work in the correct order and it pins onto the uniform with the standard sort of pin with cover. Ribbon bars come in metal for a specific number of ribbons, or you can get plastic ones that can be clipped to size. For a couple of ribbons, I prefer the metal frame, but once you get over a couple of rows, the plastic will provide some give and movement with the body.
Start early in your high school years by taking classes that would include Chemistry, Physics, advanced Math, English and computers. You would need to contact the Naval Academy to secure an application packet from them. Then you would have to send it in and seek a nomination from your US Congressman and both US Senators. You can go to www.usna.edu and locate the steps needed to complete the application process. IF you are past your sophmore year in high school you need to start now. If you are a senior at the time of this posting the deadline for applications has passed as of January 31.
Should the president be able to serve more than 2 terms and why?
Yes. Dont forget that president Frederick D. Roosevelt served four terms during World War 2. It doesnt matter if it was during the war, He shouldn't get special treatment because of it
Yes. Dont forget that president Frederick D. Roosevelt served four terms during World War 2. It doesnt matter if it was during the war, He shouldn't get special treatment because of it
well, what if we have a horrible president who is running to be celebrity, and he runs for a third term? we could end up being stuck with him for 12 years, when 8 may be ENOUGH!!!
What do people do when enrolled in the navy?
I hate to be vague, but you can just about do anything you want. Repair engines, teach classes, shoot really big guns, work with SEAL teams, BE on a SEAL team (good luck with that). The opportunities are limitless. Military police, aircraft pilot, the list goes on and on. The Navy is really the best branch for a graduating high school senior to pick out what interests them as a career. They get on the job training with a field they like, and get some qualifications after discharge.
Which two types of authority do petty officers possess?
As a petty officer, occasionally you will have towarn, reprimand, or even place personnel on report.Although these tasks may be disagreeable to you, theyare part of the responsibility of a PO.Standard Organization and Regulations of the U.S.Navy, OPNAVINST 3120.32, states the following:"Authority should be delegated to the lowest level ofcompetence commensurate with the subordinate'sassigned responsibility and capabilities. The principlesof delegation, however, also recognize that officers at alllevels must be accountable ultimately for theperformance of their organizational segments even ifthey have charged subordinates with immediate authorityfor managing certain functions." That, in effect, meansalthough you may assign a task to your subordinates,you are still responsible to your superiors for itsaccomplishment. A good leader does not tell his or hersupervisor, "I gave that job to Seaman Recruit John R.Doe, but he messed it up." Rather, he says, "I will dobetter next time." That leader then pays more attentionto Seaman Recruit Doe's training and job performanceto be sure John R. Doe understands the job and itsimportance.

Which is higher rank in US ARMYColonel vs major rank?
It depends which country and branch of service one is speaking of. The American military does not have the rank of Major-Colonel, the ranks of Major, Lt. Colonel and Colonel all out rank a Captain, unless the Captain is Navy or Coast Guard, then he would be equal in rank to the Colonel. In US Military, in all but the Navy, the order of these three ranks from lowest to highest is: * Captain * Major * Lieutentant Colonel * Colonel A Captiain in the Navy is the equivalent in rank of a Colonel in the Army, USAF or USMC
Have any women ever been unofficially trained as a navy seal?
The correct answer is no - under current United States Law, only Males can be SEAL Team members.
Females, can, however, qualify and serve on the Navy's EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) teams. They can also become Seabees, which does include some combat training.
It is unlikely to change - it's not necessarily whether or not a female can do the job or not, most are sure they can. The concern is that a female if captured would undergo much worse torture and coercion than their male counterparts. The propaganda value to an enemy capturing a female SEAL would also be enormous.
Current politicians and the media have made it difficult at best for current members to do their jobs without severe risk; our current "president" has already revealed sources and methods publicly that if you or I were to divulge them would land us in prison for Treason. The media and politicians have put such a stigma on losing anyone in combat, let alone a female, that it makes it difficult, almost impossible, for our society to become a bit more forward thinking like the Israelis, whose women serve in combat units of all types. That's why there is such a push on robotic alternatives being more and more often used in places ground units would be.
You may remember the young Army woman whose convoy got lost during the first few days of the Iraqi invasion, and who was ultimately captured. Though she fought bravely, after her rescue by SpecOps forces her story painted a different picture, as she reported being sexually assaulted during her capture. Our society is not yet ready to either ask that sacrifice of our women, or is our society yet ready to endure it, if it ever will be. Women serving in other combat roles was a major step forward - even female combat pilots stand the risk of capture if shot down. But SEAL's aren't pilots - they are routinely exposed to the kind of dangers that our leaders aren't willing to put women into yet. As a former Navy Vet whose wife was also Navy, both of us agree on that point.
What guns do the US Navy Seals use?
It depends on the mission at hand - for Close Quarter Battle / close quarters fighting, they'll typically use an MP-5 or other similar weapon, with suppressor. If the mission is going to require a longer range weapon, an M4 or other similar rifle can be used. SEAL's are schooled in and use a wide variety of weapons, and in missions where they can't reveal their national origin (which is most of them) they may also use enemy weapons like an AK-47, 74, etc., so that it would appear the attack came from a local group. SEALS also use and carry their own personal weapons of choice, such as a .45, 9mm, etc., usually built to the operator's own specifications.

What are some signs a cheating spouse feels guilty?
I would say that sex is the most obvious, suddenly your partner does not want sex or pushes your hand away or tries to wriggle away from you and gives ridiculous excuses as to why they don't want sex, such as" I've just showered; I just did my hair, or anything at all to avoid sex with you. Another is they refuse to spend a lot of time alone with you, my suspicions were up when my boyfriend started making ridiculous excuses not to stay the night at my house anymore. Letting you down or dropping you for "friends" at the last minute wanting "space" and putting their friends before you all the time. suddenly start doing their hair or making an effort to look done up when they didn't before. Or getting dressed up to go to somewhere casual with their friend/s i took this to mean that hes obviously trying to impress other women. After all if he and his friend were only going to a quiet bar on a Saturday afternoon why would he need a best shirt on and his hair all done up? your gut instinct will tell you when somethings up. If you have suspicions or your boyfriend acts different he many not be cheating on you but if he is acting odd toward you then he font give a damn about you anyways and you can do better

Difference between identifier and reserved word?
A keyword is a reserved word, used by the programming language to establish actions or commands. For example, in the line:
while (value < 100) {
//block of code
}
"while" is a keyword, used to indicate iteration (loop) of what's inside the block of code.
variables are user-defined words that are able to hold values. In the previous case, "value" can be thought as a variable.
An angle of attack is the angle between the chord line of an airfoil and the airflow over it.
== == The sky appears to be blue as perceived by the human eye. This is because the light from the sky is a result of the sunlight scattering.
The sky can change and appear lots of colors, such as red, orange, yellow, pink, purple (at sunrise and sunset) and black (at night).
the colour of the sky is black but depending on the amount of sunlight approaching the earth and on the quantity of scattering it's colour changes. during the day time when it is dawn the colours of all other wavelenghts are scattered other than blue so sky looks light baby blue during the mid noon all the wavelenghs pass through the earth atmosphere and that is why the sky looks white or bright yellow( the average of all wavelenghts). during night since there is no sunlight the scattering does not take place and so it looks black.
