1st off if u.r. trying to remove the actual freon technically and enviromentally speaking this should be done using the proper recovery equipment of which the average backyarder doesn't own... but it is removed from the shrader valve located either in the plumbing itself or on the dryer.2nd if u.r. only have a condensation/dripping water concern there should be a small usually rubber drainhose somewhere(near th bottom for obvious reasons) in the heater box on firewall.

The low pressure side generally has a different fitting than the high side so your kit should only attach to one side. The low side generally has a larger size hose connected to it also.

Possibility you may have a bad hazard flasher unit or turn signal switch. The cheapest route is to try to replace the hazard flasher unit as your first solution to the problem. Hazard flasher units should only cost you under $10 .

There are two sets of fuses. One is to the left of the steering wheel.It is marked by a black tab marked FUSE. Turn it. The code is on the back of that. If the fuse is not there then pop the hood. Look to your leftthere is a black box with latches on the side use a screw driver to get these out. On the top of the box is another code. this box is located above the passenger side wheel.
How do you change the headlights and daylight running lights of a 2000 VW Passat?
Open the hood. Locate the back of the first headlamp. Gently slide back the rubber "boot" around the wire feed-through. Gently remove the wire connectors. You should see 2 wire clips that hold in the light bulb; unclip them. Remove the bulb.
To install new bulbs, reverse the procedure, but note the following: - the bulbs are "keyed" so that they only fit into the socket one way; rotate the bulb until it is properly seated in the socket. - the wire connector is also keyed. Make sure you get it properly aligned before you push it on. - the space behind the passenger's side headlamp is limited. It helps to remove the air cowling so you can reach the parts. Dont drop any parts.
