In the United States, there is not necessarily a difference between White and Wheat bread. The difference might only be in what the manufacturer decided to put on the label. There is a definition for white bread in the Code of Federal Regulations. There is no definition for wheat bread. Wheat bread is also made from wheat flour which could included bleached flour and and it does not mean whole wheat. In the U.S., 'natural' has nothing to do with it.
