The following information is based on you running Windows XP or Windows Vista.
Click Start, then Run and type in Regedit.exe and hit enter. A box will popup with drop down Windows, navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion" and change it from the previous owner to your name.

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 if prompted value DisableRegistryTools exists, overwrite (Y/N)? Type yes and hit Enter. Next, copy and paste the text in bold into the run box and click Ok. REG add HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 if prompted value DisableRegistryTools exists, overwrite (Y/N)? However, it is possible that regedit is disabled by group policy. If so, you can not change that. Consult your administrator.

I just installed the Win98 version on a 64-bit Windows 7 machine without problems. They system files on the disk are 10/xx/98 or earlier.
Put the disk in your CD and choose autorun.exe if it doesn't automatically start.
Note that the display for the install advertisements and splash screen may look weird since modern system displays are higher bit and resolution colors. However, once you get to the game, it plays normally with most sounds heard.
The deck patterns look pixelated on current displays. You can lower the resolution on your system to 256 colors and see if it plays better, but you will make everything else look strange. Be sure to change it back when you quit.
Remember to (a) let the game get through its entire install routine and (b) keep the disk in your CD drive.

You can format all the harddisk except for the one with windows in it. By setting virtual memory to "no paging file" on the hard disk you wanted to format.
Doing that by open "hardware manager" under "Advance" tab, Performance, setting, Advance tab, then click "Change" Then has to restart.
