DealSnake.com is a penny auction website - there are a ton out there. They all operate on the very similar business model of buying and placing nonrefundable bids in order to win an auction at a very low price. The model is simple - many people lose a small amount of people that don't win anything so the auction winner can get a great deal.
It's impossible to verify exactly how legit any of the penny auction websites are but based on general feedback and information you can make a guess. Many have private whois data for the domain and a basically ghost companies. DealSnake.com however lists a real office address, 10840 Warner Ave Ste 102B, Fountain Valley 92708 as well as that's what shows up on Google when you search for it. I take this to be a good sign.
I personally haven't won anything or signed up with DealSnake.com - but many are quick to call a penny auction website a scam because they simply didn't win anything without understanding how the business model works.

It is not that there is something wrong with it. Sometimes it doesn't make sense or it's not true. Stuff like that. Maybe, if other people can erase an answer. They might have something better to say. Or explain it better.
Seeing no "search" feature, one would have to narrow down their choices to one of t he specific group listed on the site. Then go through each one to find what was desired to watch. Best guess is trial and error.
