When and where was the first school house in palm beach county?
In the late 1800's or early 1900's my grandfather, Henry Daniels and wife, Gladys sold their home (possibly located on 1930 West Palm Beach Drive/Road/Street) in Palm Beach and it is said that their home was turned into a private boys school.
I have seen a film from that time period of the home which was complete with a lengthy driveway lined with palms, with a circular drive situated in the front of the large two story colonel type home. The home looked very grand for that time period.
