How much foreign aid does the US give Mexico?
this question is super hard to answer because the U.S. tries very hard to disguise how it gives aid and to whom.
To Mexico they give money for drug intervention, used military products, farm aid, social aid, direct money to be used as they want, and the list goes on and on,
Why does the U.S. want to spend so much time hiding what it gives as foreign aid.
Why not be just plain straight forward and list each item to get a total.
what i can root out we gave Mexico in 2007 over 60 million dollars.
The above information is not correct. The US is in fact 100% transparent to the entire world on every cent it gives to another nation.
Here is a link to the page that has a listing of US financial aid to Mexico. The first link divides according to which agency, the rest provide it listed according to different perimeters.

In a Aztec civilization was everyone equal?
Not at all; the Aztec was a civilization with a highly hierarchical society, headed by the emperor or uei tlatoani, and all his relatives were the top civil, military and religious leaders. Then, there was the royal court or pilli, who had their nobility titles acquired by means of individual merit, not inheritance. The middle-high class or mayeques were artisans of gold, silver or wood crafting. The common people or macehuales were those who didn't have any outstanding achievements in any field or area of knowledge. Finally, there were the slaves, who were at the end of the social ladder, and included petty criminals and women and children captured during conquest of other tribes.

What was Tenochtitlan lifestyle like?
At its pinnacle Aztec culture had rich and complex mythological and religious traditions, as well as reaching remarkable architectural and artistic accomplishments. A particularly striking element of Aztec culture to many was the practice of human sacrifice. In the beginning stages of Tenochtitlan, development, Aztec life was very difficult in their undesirable location. Tenochtitlan was located on a marshy island with limited resources, they built a few thatch and mud huts, and some small temples. The Aztecs would have to work constantly to maintain a city on swampy land. There was also continuing tensions between the Aztecs and the neighboring peoples on the mainland who despised them. Despite these obstacles, the Aztecs worked hard to improve the quality of their lives. They adopted an agricultural system of farming called the Chinampas. and in a short period of time, the land was transformed into a fertile and highly productive island. The center of Tenochtitlan was made up of many temples, the most important one being the Main Temple, palaces, pyramids, and a great plaza. The center was roughly five-hundred and fifty square yards, but seemed much bigger because everything was packed so tightly together. There were close to a dozen temples in the center, but the most important one was the Main Temple. The Main Temple was dedicated to rain god Tlaloc and sun god Huitzilopochtli, whom the Aztecs considered their protector. The Main Temple was a large temple, which words could not describe. It was free of any sort of litter and had an incredibly tall wall in which another city could be constructed. It was important to the Aztecs of Tenochtitlan, and they worshiped daily in it. There were also many palaces and pyramids. The palaces were dedicated to the kings and nobles, and the pyramids were made for sacrifices. The Aztecs of Tenochtitlan though it necessary to nourish the deities with human hearts, because if not, then the sun would not come up daily, or there would be an enormous drought. The people mostly used prisoners of war for their sacrifices. The main place of sacrifice was the Great Pyramid. It had one-hundred and fourteen steps, and added to the magnificent beauty of the city. The Plaza was in the dead center of the city, and was whitewashed. It had no litter whatsoever, and great walls surrounding it. The Plaza and all of these structures make the center look like a thing of beauty.

Who did Cortes conquer in Mexico?
The Spanish, led by Hernándo Cortés, conquered the Aztec people in Mexico.
Mexico is the eleventh largest economy in the world, with a Gross Domestic Product of $2.41 trillion (2017). It is also considered an emerging market, with a GDP per capita of $19,500 (2017), on par to medium-income economies such as Iran ($20,000) or Lebanon ($19,500). Its GDP composition includes 64% towards services, 31.6% to industry and only 3.9% to agriculture.
Unlike other emerging markets, whose economies run on commodities, Mexico has a diversified, manufacturing and export-oriented economy, being an active rival of China for access to the North American, Eastern Asian and European markets. Its exports accounted for $407 billion, and its imports for $417 billion during 2016, setting Mexico as the 12th/13th largest exporter/importer in the world, respectively. The largest Mexican exports include crude machinery and equipment (37%), and motor vehicles and parts (25%), while the largest imports also include machinery and machine parts (39%), as well as motor vehicles and parts (10%).
Some of the largest challenges to Mexico's economic potential include market inefficiencies, corruption and security issues; especially those found in Mexico's southern region which still lags in terms of economic advancement and governance. For example, the state of Oaxaca has the health, education and income of the Sub-Saharan country of Botswana, while Mexico City, capital of the country, has the quality of life of Quebec in Canada, or Aragon in Spain (GDP Per capita: $34,223).

Instead, Maya cities could be seen as enormous royal households, the locales of the administrative and ritual activities of the royal court.

Also, after the town of Columbus, New Mexico was attacked by Mexican outlaw Francisco Villa in 1916, he proceeded to launch a punitive expedition into Mexico, with the intent of capturing and/or killing Villa.
In either case, Mexico was in the middle of its Mexican Revolution (1910-1921), so neither side during the revolution could respond accordingly to such flagrant violation of their sovereignty.
