Where is the fuse for the radio on Renault clio?

I have the same problem, sounds like there is one fuse for both the cigarette lighter and the radio. If this has blown, the radio will run from the battery power supply rather than the ignition, therefore only giving you 20 minutes before it automatically turns off. When I get chance im going to try changing the fuse and see if it works.

How do long wave radio signals get back to an aerial?

As long as a radio signal is shooting from one place to another through space, it's

a wave of electromagnetic fields. Once it hits an electrical conductor ... like a piece

of wire that happens to be part of an antenna (aerial) ... the electromagnetic fields

set up a small electric current in the conductor, and the signal has been "captured".

That small electric current runs directly into electronic equipment that's used to make

the current stronger, pick out the one single frequency from all the hundreds or

thousands of separate signals that have set up currents in the antenna as they

passed by, then make that one stronger again, and eventually strip the information

from it, and use the information to reconstruct the sound of a song, the voice of

a newscaster or a cellphone caller, a TV picture, the data off of the Wifi in your

house, or the data from ten different satellites for the GPS unit on your dashboard.

One of the primary goals of the art and science of antenna design is to squeeze

the maximum antenna current out of that incredibly weak electromagnetic signal

as it flies by.

How do you put radio code in civic 1997?

you enter the code (4-5 digits) on the radio face usuing the preset radio station buttons. if your display reads code error you need to unplug the 40a aux fuse under the hood. it is in a little black box next to the battery. i have been told the security code will be under the lid of this box or in your owners manual. it was not on mine. if you do not have the code i was told you have to take the car into a dealership to have it reset. you enter the code (4-5 digits) on the radio face usuing the preset radio station buttons. if your display reads code error you need to unplug the 40a aux fuse under the hood. it is in a little black box next to the battery. i have been told the security code will be under the lid of this box or in your owners manual. it was not on mine. if you do not have the code i was told you have to take the car into a dealership to have it reset.

How do you reset your 1991 Honda Accord radio code?

Answer"there is only one code it can be. Is the one you have for that radio serial number. If so, remove the No. 39(7.5A) fuse from the under hood fuse/relay box for 10 seconds. Reinstall the fuse and turn on the radio, the word 'CODE' should be displayed. From there simply enter the 5-digit code by pressing the radio preset numbers. If it doesn't work you have the wrong code(s). You'd have to remove the radio and get the serial number off the top of the radio and call a HONDA dealer with it and then they can tell you what the correct code is." Rick

The following directions is how I got my radio to work again after having the battery changed.

Leaving the radio off at this point

Turn the car key over without turning the engine on

Before turning the radio on press and hold down 1and 6 at the same time

While holding down 1 and 6 turn the car radio on

The car radio message will still read "Code"

Stop holding down 1 and 6 (this unlocks the anti-theft device

Now just enter the car radio's code.

My radio-code for a 1991 Honda Accord is 35511

The radio will just come on

Note: You only have 3 chances before the anti-theft device locks you out so follow the directions. If you have already tried several time and the above directions don't work then drive it for awhile and wait until the next day then try again, which is what I ended up doing and it worked perfectly. I thought that when I held down 1 and 6 that some magical new code would appear but it did not, the car radio still read 'Code" so don't worry that no numbers appear. Holding down 1 and 6 releases the anti-theft device

Their hours are not uniform throughout the chain. Each store manager has

How do you take out a radio from a 2003 Nissan Micra?

As a previous techy for Nissan i have done this many times.

Ensure you have a radio code beforehand though, once you unplug the set, you will need to input a new one when you put it back in.

The following set of instructions is for the latest shape micra, the "bug".

1. Open both front doors

2. Remove the door seals

3. Remove the dash top by pulling upwards

4. Remove the bracket from under the dash top bolding the radio in (3x10mm bolts). make sure you don't drop these as they are quite awkward.

You don't take the radio out as a single unit, you take the radio, trip computer and vents out as one unit.

5. Remove the plasstic caps inside the little compartment at the top, and remove the two screws.

6. Remove the two screws UNDEREATH the section of trim you are going to remove, just above the heater controls.

7. Pull the radio along with everything else out as one.

8. Remove all connectors ensuring you remember where they go.

9. Put everything you have removed on a carpeted table to stop scratches, and gently remove the vents by pressing the clips back that hold them in place.

10. You can now access 4 screws that hold the radio into the frame, remove them as well as loosening as many screws as you can see that hold the together, i remember i used to loosen a certain 4.

11. With the frame loosened it is now possibe to remove the radio from the frame, otherwise its too tight.

Hope that helps,.

How do you remove radio from Hyundai Coupe?

Answer

1. Pop out cup holder in console. Remove the 2 screws that you can see inside. 2. Now you can pop off the entire console bezel. 3. Next remove glove box by popping out the 2 black clips on each side of the glove box. The glove box will now fold down out of the way. 4. Behind glove box remove heater wire control cable. 5. Now look under drivers side dash just above gas pedal. There are 2 more heating control cables that need to be unhooked. 6. Now the entire console bezel will pull forward. 7. Disconnect electrical cables from dash clock, hazard lights, defroster, AC and fan control. 8. The bezel will now completely come off. 9. Remove 4 screws holding radil

Note: The above answer is great and very thorough. I found that just going to step 2 was enough to remove my stereo, so check this first. Also, the bezel refers to the smooth part of the dashboard with the hazard light button, heater controls, air vents, clock, etc. A good way to pop it off is by gently inserting a flathead screw driver in a few places and turning.

How do you get radio air play for your song?

Try seeking out a PR firm for musicians, there are quite a few out there. You might also want to hire a manager on a commission basis to help deal with PR for your talents. You will want to have demo CDs and promo material mailed directly to DJs and need a list to send the promos to as well. Try locally first and build your reputation from there.

Do higher radio frequencies travel faster?

Electromagnetic waves in a vacuum move at the speed of light in a vacuum, as light is just one form of electromagnetic wave. According to Einstein's Theory of Relativity, nothing can move faster than the speed of light in a vacuum, so there is no way to speed up radio waves (unless they are initially moving in some other medium than a vacuum).
