How many people use American Morse code today?
As far as I know, American Morse is not used commercially anywhere any more. The equipment may be found in various tourist places like steam railroads or Civil War displays. This code is enjoying somewhat of a resurgence among communications enthusiasts lately however. There is software available on line which even duplicates the original sounds on their PCs.

ADSL and Cable modems work in a different way.

Where can you email ATT U-verse?
I couldn't find an email option on their page. It says you need to call for support: "AT&T U-verse TV accounts: 1-800-288-2020".
ATT Uverse, Home Telephone, internet or TV and even cell phone service; believe me some people have all four services. ATT Does not want email, it would bog down their useless agents. In fact some of there agents, like to transfer you into oblivion. Always, just write them or use the telephone, don't try and email UVERSE !

As long as you have unlimited texting you're fine. If you do not have unlimited texting, then you will have to pay the charges your phone charges for texting.

Dropped Call Rate (DCR) is a term in telecommunications denoting the fraction of the calls which, due to technical reasons, were cut off before the speaking parties had finished their conversation and before one of them had hung up. This fraction is usually measured as a percentage of all calls.
In telecommunications a call attempt invokes a call setup procedure, which, if successful, results in a connected call. Viore's technical support line did not have a specific code for U-verse and suggested I try the codes listed for Samsung, saying that one of them usually work. Voilà! Code 1443 was most similar to the code listed for a Viore, so I tried it first and it worked like a charm. Hope this helps others. I had called AT&T and they weren't able to help.
Will a DSL modem and router work if plugged in to a different phone line?
If it is a different outlet but the same subscribed phone line you should have no problems. If you plan on taking your modem to another location (different phone number) this will not work.

What wires do you need to run from your outside phonebox to your phone jack to connect dsl?
You do not need to run any wires. DSL connects directly to the phone jack. You run phone line from the phone jack to a filter, then to the DSL Modem. You can also install a filter at the interface to eliminate the need for filters inside the home. If you install interior filters, you will need one at each phone jack that is being used by any device. From the modem you can either run USB or Ethernet cable to the computer if the modem is a USB/Ethernet modem. I do not recommend USB. Use the Ethernet if at all possible. The connection is more stable and slightly faster. If your computer has no Ethernet connection, you can install an Ethernet card for as little as $20. Use a good quality Cat5 or Cat6 cable from the Modem to the computer.
