This has nothing to do with you being an aquarius. A full moon causes extra-high tides, because it has a stronger magnetic pull on the earth. It's not just water-levels in the sea and rivers that are affected by this, it also can affect people - after all, we are 70% water. The full-moon also "draws" or "pulls" to a certain degree on humans, and some people are more sensitive to this. I have a friend who works on the police emergency phone lines (911) and she says that every month ona full moon they get way way more calls from people who are acting weird and doing crazy stuff, even things like murders tend to happen during a full moon. The real name of the moon (in it's latin?? term) is "lunar". This is where the term "lunatic" comes from - from the fact that the moon affects people and makes them act like lunatics! What you're experiencing is not that uncommon, but it's due to the moons pull on your bodys water-level - it has nothing to do with your star sign!

Why did a death in my family make me scared of the dark?
One possible reason is that during times of great stress - like when you lose someone close - your brain chemicals can be changed due to the chemical that keeps us calm being depleted. Then we can start noticing that we are worried about things that never bothered us before. What fears they actually are can be different for many people. It can be like mild panic attacks or worse. This can be helped if it is really troublesome by excellent medications that you take for a time. Find a doctor who will take you seriously. Many people feel just as you do. Also, death, darkness and being left behind are all tied up in our thinking, and maybe you are associating them together without knowing it.

What tranquilizers are used to treat anxiety in someone who has autism?
I am not an M.D., but I have sufferd from Panic Disorder for over 30 years, due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. For general Anxiety Disorders to Panic Disorder, drugs in the Benzodiazepine family are most commonly used. Diazapam (Valium) is the most prescribed drug for anxiety, but it is ineffective against Panic Disorder, the most severe--and potentially dangerous--form of anxiety. A drug commonly prescribed for panic is Clonazepam.
Since Autism varies in degree of severity, I would think that anxiety would follow suit; that is, from common anxiety to the most frightening form of panic. Therefore, CONSULT WITH YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR!

Yes. Infact, I have this syndrome. The resperatory problems and fast hear-rate are usually caused by hypertension and constant high-level stress. The dark circles under your eyes are also likely side affects, or they could also be caused by a lack of sleep, which is common in PTSS (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome). For many, like me, sleep deprivation occurs if I do not have at least 10 hours of sleep a day, and possibly more depending on my stress-levels. Other symptoms of PTSS can include vivid and distrubing dreams, paranoia (often presented as a severe startle reflex), inability to make or maintain friends, and many of the classic symptoms of depression
