If not bleeding by the fourth day of placebo birth control pills are you pregnant?
Not necessarily. Lots of women do not get their period until they have taken most of the placebo (sugar) pills. Depending on your natural cycle, you may just have to be patient and pay attention to how you're feeling and what symptoms you may be experiencing. Generally your period is supposed to start during the placebo week, but it may not begin until you take the seventh and final sugar pill in your pack. As long as you don't skip your cycle entirely, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If you're not sure, missed any "active" pills, or did not use a back-up method and have some doubts, get a home pregnancy test or visit Planned Parenthood and ask for a test.
There isn't any shot/pill for a guy at this time to prevent pregnancy. The only forms of birth control are condoms and vasectomies. There is a very interesting article on this very subject. Copy and paste this website to your browser to read on it, if it doesn't allow you to just click it. http://abclocal.go.com/wls/health/100903_hs_birthcontrol.html I don't think your boyfriend is telling you the truth.
No, there is no shot or pill for a man to become sterile. In about 5-10 years they may release on they are working on, but not at this time. You need to leave this guy. That is an enormous lie! And breast tenderness can be a sign of pregnancy. You should go to a doctor and have a test done. This is very serious. For him to do that is very, very bad.
I knew a guy who just dipped his balls into really hot water for a minute or so, every day. The theory is it kept the sperm from being viable.

Sure, this is entirely possible!
Birth Control can help regulate hormones in Women at any age, but may become increasingly useless after menopause, as the Woman does not menstruate.
You should definitely see your Doctor for more information. Birth Control is simple and usually very effective at controlling hormones and menstruation.
It's possible that not all birth control types will work for you specifically, but ask your Doctor- there's bound to be one out there that can help.
If a guy and a girl come at the same time girl spermn kill the guy sperm?
A woman doesn't have any sperm, only the man has. Some women do release a liquid when they come (orgasm), but it's not sperm and it won't kill sperm either.
- Although the vagina is not sperm-friendly or inhospitable to sperm because of the natural pH level, I would recommend a spermicide in addition to use of a condom to prevent pregnancy.
Period started early do I stop taking the pill until after my period is over?

Why family planning is successful to high income house hold?
Family planning is often more successful in high-income households due to greater access to resources, education, and healthcare services. These families typically have the financial means to afford contraception and reproductive health services, leading to informed decision-making about family size. Additionally, higher educational attainment in these households often correlates with a stronger understanding of health and family planning options. This combination empowers individuals to make choices that align with their personal and financial goals.

Unfortunately it doesn't say here if you've recently started taking BC pill. If you have recently started taking BC pills then this bleeding may be normal. For example when a Woman starts taking BC pills during her period, this period will be different from her 2nd period which will occur when the Woman has been on BC pills for 4 weeks. The 2nd period will be a lot lighter than your usual period prior to starting BC Pills & this is perfectly normal. However if you've been on BC pills for a while & suspect pregnancy, then I would advise yu see your Doctor for a Quantitative beta HCG pregnancy blood test. You'll need to ask your Doctor specifically for this blood test so write down the name of it. This test can be performed 7 days after conception has taken place (or suspected conception) & is 100% accurate. It will take 3 days for the results to come back to your Doctor.
What does it mean when you barley bleed in your discharge and you are feeling really sick?
It could quite possibly mean that you are pregnant. That barely bleeding could have been implantation bleeding. You should probably take a pregnancy test. To ensure the best results: * Take the test in the morning, if possible, because your hCG (pregnancy hormone) levels are at it's highest * Don't drink a bunch of fluids before taking the test because it will dilute your urine and can affect the results * Take the test no more than 1 day before expected period. Although some test say that you can see results up to 5 days before your missed period, the percentage of accuracy is very low. * urinate for as long as possible on the foam-like strip * Check the results in the window frame of time suggested by the instructions of the pregnancy test.
