Would you notice if 2 P225 65R17 and 2 P225 60R17 were mounted on a vehicle?
You would for sure notice if two tires of different sizes were mounted on the same axle. That for sure is a no, no. But I assume you know this are asking about mounting one size on the front and another size on the rear. Know that there is quite a difference in these 2 sizes. There is 3.13% difference in overall diameter. The 65 series tire in almost 1" larger in overall diameter. I personally would advise against this but if you must then mount the OEM size on the rear to keep your speedometer accurate.

What are the best tires for a Chrysler 1999 Town and Country LXI?
Goodyear is my guess.
There is no best tire for everything. It depends on what you are looking for and how much you want to pay. You can get the longest mileage warranty or the smoothest and quietest ride or the best stopping power but the same tire may not give you all of them. The tire that works best at highway speeds is not the same as the best tire for local roads or the tire used for racing. The tires that comes with your car from the dealer may not be the best unless you request more expensive tires and bad driving habits and poor car alignment will mess up your tires no matter how much you pay. You should discuss tires with your qualified mechanic who can see what your driving is doing to your tires and can recommend the tire that best fits your needs.

How can you put 22 inch rims on 98 Park Avenue with out them rubbing?
Anytime you modify a vehilce that is going to alter the oem specs, you are going to have problems. Outside of cutting radiuses into the fenders, or making a rigid suspension, there is really nothing you can do to remedy a 22 over 15" wheels. Even low profile tires won't help much.
you can put 22" rims on there with a 30 series tire 255/30/22 is what i have on mine you want to put spring spacer on the back or you cant use your back seat.

How do you reset the ABS traction control codes?
Bringto shop that has an ABS scanner to determine problem and/or reset
Wow, taking it to a shop would have never crossed my mind! The guy is a freaking Einstein! Put that guy on Jeopardy! Bringto is not a word, genius!
Unplugging the battery or having a shop erase the ABS code will only come back on when you start it up again. If you have mechanical abilities, purchase an Actron Brake Scanner CP9449 (mine was $120), check the code and fix it yourself. After a repair, the computer will run a self check and reset the light and code. If the light is still on, you still have a problem. Note: the CP9449 is not capable of resetting codes.
What are safety ridges in relation to tires?
ONE meaning of safety ridge refers to a raised bead on a wheel. This ridge permits the wheel to keep a tire (or tyre) in place in the event of a blow-out. It keeps the tire on the wheel.
ANOTHER possible meaning would be a reference to the bars embedded in the tire that show only when the tread is well worn. These are warning indicators of the need to replace the tires and can be considered safety indicators.

Can you replace 18565R14 tires with 18565R15 tires?
Only if you have 15 inch rims that fit the vehicle.
May I add that if you want to keep the overall diameter the same as the OEM 185/65-14 tire and keep your speedometer accurate you will need to install a 165/65-16. The 185/65-15 tire is exactly i" too large in overall diameter and your speedometer will read 57.5 at a true 60 mph. You can also install a 175/60-15 which is a good swap.
