No. In 2001, a company called "Silicon Film" demonstrated a digital insert that would fit into the film chamber of most 35mm film cameras. Unfortunately, they had too many problems and the product never made it to market. The company was dissolved in 2002. It was a nice idea to convert millions of existing film cameras to digital, but the sensor was too small and it didn't have many megapixels (one model was 1MP, I think the other had 4MP). Meanwhile, better quality digital cameras were being introduced for less money than the Silicon Film was expected to cost.

I searched for a while and ordered a 2" receiver from CURT (curtmfg.com). It fit well with the exception of the muffler tapped on one of the bolts. I extended the rubber muffler hanger with a $5 generic from the auto parts store - perfect. with the 2" receiver, I can use a 'swing-away' bike rack. Ditto. www.trailerhitches.com The Honda hitch is only 1.25" and requires drilling. the Curt is 2" and no drilling. I just put a plastic cap over the offending bolt and it makes no sound when the muffler taps it. I also bought a swing-away bike rack (Thule Trailblazer from rackattack.com). 2002 CR-V Concur with the comments about both Curt being the right choice and the trailerhitches.com souce. I bought my Curt through trailerhitches.com and have been quite pleased with the results on both counts. On the Curt, the forward opening of the 2X2 inch receiver fits right over the edge of the tie-down bracket. I had the shop fabricate a metal-to-metal connector that took advantage of the proximity the tie-down bracket without blocking the end (didn't want a pocket for accumulated mud/ice/snow.) I have used the hitch to pull a U-Haul trailer several times, mostly loaded with apartment furnishings for our college-age children. Regarding Paragraph #1: Instead of an extended muffler hanger (which is basically a big rubber band) it is much easier and exact to just bend the hook from which the hanger hangs to get rid of the bolt interference. Once you have a digital camera and a compatible memory chip, you can take almost countless pictures for no additional expense. As the memory chip fills up, you can upload it to a computer and then delete the files from the chip and keep taking more pictures without having to buy anything more. Disposable cameras have a limited number of pictures they can take on a strip of film. Often around 2 dozen pictures. When you have used up the film taking those few pictures, you need to buy another camera.

Any standard hot-shoe flash should fit the XSi, though check the flash sync voltage to be on the safe side.
