I was wondering if anyone has used the Ab Circle Pro and if you did how did it work?

All these gadgets that they show for tummy reduction work but they dont.
They say, they work on your ab muscles and make them strong.
They dont work because, they can only tone up ab muscle and not remove fat from ab alone. Your body preserves fats especially in your ab due to natural reasons. So a healthy lifestyle comprising of good food habits, regular activity to burn calories coupled with ab workouts are a good idea.

Is it safe to wear a vinyl sauna suit while doing cardio workout?

No, it doesn't allow your skin to breath and sweat, you could die from heat exhaustion.

The previous answer is not true in whole. Sauna suits do make you sweat! That's the whole purpose of a sauna suit. The natural sweat excretion process cleans out the pores of your skin, and helps to rid your body of excess water weight and some toxins. Sauna suits are used effectively to accelerate water weight loss. Professional athletes such as boxers, wrestlers and others will often use a sauna sweat suit to control their body weight to maintain their status in a weight class of competition. As with any physical conditioning equipment, always consult a qualified doctor or physical trainer about the use of a sauna suit. Always rehydrate with liquids such as Gatorade or other sports drinks. These drinks are designed to replace electrolytes lost during the sweating process. Robert Brady

Analyze the effects of exercise on the cardiorespiratory system?

The immediate effects are an increase in respiratory rate and cardiac output.

The long term effects are a more efficient work, a lowering of the heart and respiratory rate at rest, a faster time reaction to sudden effort, more endurance, better blood oxygenation, higher threshold.

What is cardio-vascular exercise?

Any exercise, activity or sport that increases your heart and respiration rate for a specific period is cardio (cardiovascular) exercise. There are different degrees from mild to intense. Intense cardio exercises include running, interval training, and graded exercise protocol. Those are not for beginners.

Beginners can begin with a mild cardio exercise and do it relatively frequently for a significant duration. An excellent one is brisk walking (outdoors or treadmill). Walking is easier on your body than jogging or running and it is sustainable. If unaccustomed to exercise, you may wish to seek the approval of your physician before changing exercise habits.

What is the main difference between cardio and strength-training activities?

I would say cardio training is definitely the way to lose weight.

Strength training is for building muscles - obviously.

However, it is important to note that once you've slimmed down to a certain degree, you should also focus on gaining a little bit of muscle in order to increase your body's metabolic rate.

While cardiovascular training burns fat, you are using energy only while you are working out. Muscle fibers, however, burn energy 24/7. Thus, cardio and strength training combined will bring boost your result provided that you use them correctly.

Also note that there is no "quick and easy" way of achieving a good body and health. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something.

Hope this helps and good luck with your training.

How do you get abs without flexing?

flex your abs by sucking it in and out. Then you can flex your chest. I used to be afraid to take my shirt off but now I am at the pool all the time flexing my chest and showing off my six pack to the ladies

Also, if you don't know how to flex your abs, it probably means you don't have abs. Do enough sit-ups, crunches, etc, and the flexing should come naturally.

How many minutes do you have to sustain aerobic activity to gain maximum results?

There are too many variables (such as age, training history, and the degree of cardiovascular conditioning) to answer this question. In other words, it depends! If you are interested in maximum results from aerobic activity in the fewest minutes, consider interval training. Properly executed, it is possible in just 5 or 10 minutes of work (in other words, excluding warm-ups and cool-downs) every other day really to increase the degree of your conditioning.

What happens if you run after you eat?

Well first it depends on what u ate and how fast you ate it. For example: If you ate say a Big Mac and you go running you won't have alot of energy and calories you need to burn. It is possible if you run it will shake your whole stomach center and possibly upchuck. That is why you need at least to wait 45 min or longer so your stomach will digest the food you ate.;)

Is cardio better than weightlifting for fat loss or ideally should you do both?

Both cardio and strength training are beneficial for weight loss. For quicker results, both should be performed up to 6 days a week. Strength training, like lifting weights or using the weight machines at a gym, builds muscle mass and helps tone your body. If paired with cardio, which helps burn calories and shed body fat, you will achieve weight loss and a lean, fit figure. Keep in mind that daily exercise is not the only factor that you have to consider when it comes to weight loss. Changing the way you live, such as what you eat, or how much sleep you get at night, also comes into play. Live a healthy lifestyle, eat well, exercise often, and you will achieve your goal. :)

How do you get a firm tummy?

The best way to keep a flat stomach is a combination of eating right and exercise. Some foods can bloat you up even when you are not fat - to loose fat you can do cardio to tone up, you can do sit ups and weight training.

What will keep you tummy flat are the abdominal muscles but you must also avoid excessive fat in the area. Abdominal muscles can be trained and developed through targeted workouts and the diet must be a low-fat diet.

Also try belly dancing it will improve your tummy and it'll be in a really good shape.

It is and it isn't. It completely depends on what your aim is i.e loose weight, get aerobic fit or cardio fit! In themselves they are quite different. We all know what cardio is and its usually done for longer periods of time . . . while sport aerobics is high intensity and not for as long. So it practically depends on the individual and his or hers needs. :)
