Kittens are very playful, but it depends on the type. My cat (Seal Point Ragdoll) when she was a kitten was really playful, probably about a 6-7, but my brothers cat (British Blue Shorthair) wasn't as playful, probably only a 4-5. Cats love objects that seem to move on their own, like if you wriggle a piece of string. They still will be interested in this when their older but not as much. On average I would say about 5-7 for most kittens.

Sometimes the cheek just gets in the way. Some of us are sloppy chewers.

You can buy a special mat to put down in front of the entrance to the litter box. These mats trap the litter your cat trails out of the box with him, minimizing the amount of litter that ends up scattering all over the house.

There are a few different kinds of these mats available from the online pet store, Drs. Foster & Smith. I have included a link to a page that displays all of them. I think your best bet would be the slotted Cat Trackmat; I have included a separate link to that one. That's the one my parents have, and it seems to work very well for them. Personally, I just sweep the stray litter up right away, before it can scatter all over the house, but I don't have as many cats as my parents do. You can probably also find these mats at Petco.com, if you wish to compare prices.

Also, you might try a new brand of litter. The crystal kind -- like Clear Choice Crystals: Low Track Formula -- doesn't track anywhere near as much as the clay kind.

You could also try getting a litter pan cover (this is also on the Litter Accessories page I have provided). This is like a big wooden box that fits completely over the litter box, making it much more difficult for the cat to track litter out of the box. However, these boxes are a lot more expensive than the mats ($100 and up, compared to $11.99 for the mats). I would try the Trackmat and the crystal litter first, and if those things don't work, then go for the box.

It really is a matter of survival of the fittest. The strongest will usually always get the top spot. Birth order doesn't always determine the order of dominance, however the weakest is usually the last one out or the runt.

In this case, since it is a dirty sock, the cat is showing affection by wallowing in your scent. Animals have a greatly different response to scents than humans do; they love them! The more intense, the better. Humping the sock is a way of showing the intensity. The cat cannot think of another way to express it. This behavior is not of a sexual nature. Many cat do this because they were taken away from their mother to early. The cat finds comfort in needing and sucking on the sock--the sock is taking place of the mother. Many cats will do this to pillows, blankets and some will even get into humans hair and do this. Don't worry--this is fairly common.

Because they want attention!!! You give them food, water, etc. And they want more attention, cause usually people shoo them away. You actually helped them get through a little part of life!!!!! Giving them a little food and water is like a miracle from heaven to a stray cat!! They get so little in life, it's sad!!! When it meows all it wants is love!

If a dog attacks a cat, the housing association wouldn't be involved anyway to my knowledge. if you are allowed dogs in your home that would be ok, but if not you may be lookin elsewhere to live if your dog isn't suppose to be there.

Dog catches cat: well everyone know the outcome to that one, well if the cat gets caught its dead. it nature...it like if a cat catches a bird.etc...

we all need to look at a dog perspective here and not a human one, animals are territorial, and will protect their personal space. You are either the prey and the predator...

i do not think there is any laws against this really, if a dog attacks a human , there are laws then

i see many urban foxes around where i live and they have attacked cats during the night with no remains.

Kittens will sometimes keep the instinct to nurse for quite a while, its something they do that is comforting to them. The best you can really do is pull the kitten away from the other cat and distract him by giving him cuddles and pets, or by playing with him with a toy. Whenever you see him doing something youdon't want him to be doing, be sure to stop him from it. WHY WOULD YOU BE LOOKING UP THESE THINGS YOU HORNY B****. Well when you say something hurtfull people will be either sad or would love you even more (parents do that sometimes and then there are those who eternally want to fix other ppl). You hurt her feelings and since she's not obsessed with you and is confident enough to go out and find someone else, she left you (hopefully for good). She probably doesn't want to contact mutual friends since she doesn't want to have anyone or anything around her that remind her of you (she must really hate you). People are tough but everyone has their breaking points and its pretty clear you broke her. Don't make the same mistake with the next woman in your life.

Take the cat to the vet immediately! The cat will not eat because it has ingested something highly toxic and could well be fatal if left to its own devices. Only a vet can treat the cat.
