It depends to what type of texting the ex mistress was sending the wife. Even though the husband stop his affair, it doesn't mean he wont protect his wife towards her. In the first place the wife is not the one who had the affair with this woman but the husband did. Mistakes? maybe it was, but was he thinking that sleeping with the other woman was a mistakes or because his affair was discovered so he told his wife and the mistress that it's a mistake. Remember no one put a gun to this married man's head, he did it because of his many reason. Now what needs to be done is for the husband to make it stop so his wife will trust him again.

Don't fall back the way you came. Be strong, I know you can do it. I also know how hard it is to imagine your life without him.
