Yes get donor parts from 70 71 72 Monte Carlo will fit,,,,,brackets hoses gear box,,,changed mine to a 73 Nova works perfect ,,have a 307 small block

You have to get back there, and push the bottom cushion in, and then up. This is not an exact science, so you will have work with it. Once the botton is out, just lift the back up, and it will unhook.

It depends on where they broke and if they were subjected to undue stress from ice etc.

Chevrolet is by itself. Other GM makes can be interchanged with each other, but not Chevy.

It is in the intake behind the throtle body. Simply pull it out and replace it.

I know that the 74 nova has what was called minor impact bumpers, and these were new in 74, the 73 didnt have the same set up, although the bumpers were the same on the outside, the 74 bumpers are alot heavier, front and rear. The 72 nova has the gas filler in the bumper, as the 73-4 has the gas filler in the taillight panel, you could still use the 72 bumper on the 74, but you couldn't use the 74 bumper on a 72.Not that you would want to. I have a 74 custom, but i never saw one with say 68-72 bumpers on it, but im pretty sure it could be done fairly easily.

Look on the drivers door post, under the trunk, or glove box, for the correct size for your Nova. 600-13 is the OEM size for a standard Nova and 650-13 for the SS, wagon, and 400.

Sounds like the push rod is to short, may be worn or a bad cam lobe.

This would have to be the 67, L-72, 350hp., large journal, 327. This motor was reserved, pretty much, for the corvette. Some of the earlier convertibles may rival this car in production numbers, but, this is the most desdirable. A close second, would have to be the 68, or 69, either SS396, or, the Baldwin Motion/Yenko/Nicky, versions. These would bring high dollars, if there are left.

Assuming you mean 1973 Ventura, some parts will (door skins and quarter panels, for example)

I think you have to take out the back seat first, but, then that panel, with the window crank, (or where it would be, if you have a post model) comes out, exposing all the gear.

They weren't known as Chevy IIs in 1979, but yes, they could have a V8

The 6-cylinder engine was an inline-6, there was no actual V6 in a Nova in 1976.
