the factory installs a speaker harness which you can buy from your local audio/video shop and solder the neg- and pos+ on the speaker and just connect them. or you can cut the speaker harness off and solder straight the two neg and pos right on the speaker ans there ya go.. but if you have manual windows you'll have to remove the slip to get in the door and the rear deck just snaps off if you move ur hand along it

The 1990 Geo Tracker IAT sensor is located on the top of the transmission. The IAT sensor will be near the back of the transmission.

2002 ZR2 4-WD/V-6 Locate the large black harness from the Positive batt. terminal and follow it below the exh. manifold on the passengers side. You'll see it leads to the starter housing just below the exhaust manifold.

Another Answer That depends on where you purchased the tires. Many places include free lifetime tire balance when you purchase tires from them. Other places will soak you for quite a large fee for mount and balance when you either purchase the tires or have them changed. Caveat Emptor

My 2003 did the same thing and after hours of trouble shooting this and that, my dealers mechanic found a bad crank or cam sensor. Its located behind the motor on the top right side.

The dip stick is on top of the valve cover in the middle,should have a yellow top.

I own a tracker for 5 years it is a 92. The only thing I had to replace was the computer and got a used one for 300 dollars. It now has 309951 miles on it and still runs great. It only takes 28 dollars to fill up the gas tank. If I was you I would get it and if it used make sure you buy it from a older person.

Hi, The first is, is your radiator fluid level ok? second is the very realpossibility that your thermostat is bad. Take a look when you park on a dry spot and see if any fluid is beneath your car. I had a situation once where my water pump was failing and I wasn't getting any heat. If you look for the first two, you will probably will find it. Good luck. Steve H.

if its a 4 door the front two are relatively easy. you have to unscrew two screws 1 in the door handle the other in the door pocket/ handgrip what have you just below the handle. then unscrew the lock on the door it just screws off, then you need to take your window knob off if ts manual windows and you just pull at it a little and you should have a little ring holding it in place just take a small screw driver and pop it off its really not necessary but you can hold on to it and put it back on when your done.... anyways after all that slide the door handle through its slot in the interior work at it a little and it the inside of the door should just pop off after you get it over the lock then walah unscrew speakers take of the factory wiring harness if you dont have one capatable with it and connect your speakers to the old wires and again if you have no factory harness you just take the wire with the black stripe (ground wire) to the the wire with the black stripe on your speaker and the other "naked wire to the the naked wire on your speaker either sauder or use electrical tape just make sure they are connected well ( might need to strip the wires a little bit but anyways..) after you've got them connected rescrew speakers in to their spot and replace door panel...

There is a light sensor somewhere up front, probably on the dash. After about a minute of darkness, or when it's dark when you power up, the lights go on. Similarly, after about a minute of lHopight, they go off. I've thought about (but haven't done it yet) covering the sensor on my Jeep Grand Cherokee to have them on all the time. Hope that helps.

Hi, The switch should be down on the left side of the console or to the right of the steering column. The other method of clearing all the codes is to disconnect the neg terminal of the battery for at least twenty (20 ) seconds, yes that means you need to reset your radio and clock but it is an easy way if you still can't locate the switch. You shoud have no trouble locating it unless someone dissabled it and threw it away or somethinmg like that though. Good luck and hope this helps. Steve H.

actaully the SES nag and CEL share the same lamp and are independent functions.

go to NAPA Auto Parts and get the proper size belt. Get a ratchet with a socket that fits the tensioner along the drive belt path. It's the pulley that looks like it's just sitting there, not doing anything. Put the socket on it. Either pull or push. Whatever way works, it will relieve tension on the belt as long as you have it pushed down. You can pull the belt off. Put the new belt on around everything but the tensioner. Make sure the routing is correct! There's a sticker by your radiator that should have a diagram. push the tensioner down and slide the belt onto it. It may not be easy. And if you can, get your belt from NAPA Auto Parts. They have high quality belts there that won't stretch. It may cost you like 25 bucks, though. It's well worth it.
