Does a CPU have a thin plate or board that contains electronic components?

If you want to dual-boot Linux and Windows 7, you will need to install Windows 7 first and then Linux.
I would rather recommend installing each on OS on a separate hard drive with a separate boot record. To achieve that, you need to disconnect all hard drives but one you want to use for OS. Finish installation and disconnect the drive with freshly installed OS. Connect next drive and install other OS. Once you have finished installing all OSes. Connect all drives and use BIOS boot menu to choose from which drive to boot.
What are necessary properties of RISC CPUs?
What part of the computer controls the clipboard?
Two parts. On the software side of things, the operating system defines or allocates space for whatever you have cut or copied to put on the clipboard. On the hardware side of things, clipboard contents are held in memory.
So if you highlight this text, right-click, and choose copy, your operating system will take the text highlighted by the mouse, allocate enough space in physical memory to hold that data, and then store it in the space allocated.
What actually you mean by 64-bit when you say 64 bit processor?
64bit processors have most registers specially the integer registers as 64bit. It can handle 64bit wide internal and external data. All internal and external buses may or may not be 64bit wide. - Neeraj Sharma

Only if the processor has special 64-bit extensions, known as AMD64 or EM64T. Certain Pentium 4 processors, all Core 2 processors, and all AMD Athlon 64 processors have these extensions, and can thus run 64-bit operating systems and programs.
There are several ways to set-up a system for dual boot. The best or preferred method is dependent on the operating systems involved, the particular BIOS code on the system, and on whether the file systems will need to be available to more than one operating system. Boot.INI is a text file, and so can be editted to suit, with notepad. Unfortunately, the way this question is worded, there is no way to make a direct answer on how to do it properly on that system.

Do parental controls slow down your laptop?
That depends on the Parental Control software used. Many (if not all) parental control software has a noticeable impact on performance, as the software has to constantly monitor activity and check every action performed to see if it is allowed before actually performing it, although parental controls that are built into a specific application like Windows Media Center will barely affect performance at all, as they are designed to work with that application and don't require their own running process to monitor activity.
The answer to this depends on the type of software you're trying to install. The easiest solution would be to download the software you want, if that's possible. If you have to install it from a disc, then the next easiest way to do it would be to use a USB CD/DVD drive which you connect to your netbook. You can use a remote computer's drive as well through the network, if you're using Windows for example you can set the remote computer's drive to shared, and then use Windows' "map network drive" feature on your netbook. This would allow you to access the remote drive as a drive letter on your netbook as if it was actually attached to your computer. Be aware though that this is much slower and will only work for certain types of software.
Where can you buy a new cmos jumper cover from?
You will most probably need to call your computer's manufacturer or in the case you built your own system, your motherboard manufacturer.
Trackballs don't have capacity. They are not a storage medium.

How do I correct my wide-screen monitor from displaying my family photos looking stretched?
I was told to increase the resolution, but that didn't work. The photos display correctly on a non-wide-screen, but stretched on a wide-screen. Viewsonic says it's the photo software and the photo software people say it's the monitor.
I have a wide-screen monitor, this is what I do: Don't maximize the photo window. Use the restore-down button (between minimize & maximize) in the upper right corner.
The answer to your question is NO. The HP 4200 does not come with a USB port, only parallel and optional ethernet ports. You can get a parallel to USB cable if you do not have a parallel port on your computer.
Can you play dawn of war 2 on the Intel graphics media accelerator x4500 mhd?

Why won't your sealed ink-jet cartridge that expired in the 1990s' print?
While keeping it sealed protects from evaporation and contamination, It doesn't protect it from things like gravity or chemical changes. Over time the ink will thicken, harden, or coagulate naturally, even without exposure to the air. The expiration date on it isn't there just as a marketing ploy after all. It's a prediction of when these things are expected to occur.
