Who came up with the end of the world on 2012?
The Mayans created a calendar that only goes out to 2012. Some people have interpreted that as saying that the world will end in 2012.
*The Mayans lived by a 5000 year calendar. Their 5000 years ends on Dec. 21, 2012, or more commonly called 'winter solstice' which is the shortest day of our calender year. What 12-21-12 will be is a natural occurance that happens every 26,000 years. This natural phenomenom is the Earth actually will 'wobble' on it's axis. My theory is just this. The Earth is millions of years old. It wobbles every 26,000 years. The world didn't end 26,000 years ago and it won't end on Dec. 12, 2012 either. We may have weird weather or other natural disasters due to this wobble but it doesn't seem we have to worry about 2012. But this world will not go on forever like it is. I don't think it will be ready in only 2 years.
Did Lee Harvey Oswald actually kill John F. Kennedy?
In the short time that Oswald lived after Kennedy's assassination, he consistantly denied shooting Kennedy, so it would not be possible that he would give a reason for doing it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_harvey_oswald#Assassination_of_JFK says:
Oswald was interrogated several times during his two days of detention at Dallas Police Headquarters. He denied killing President Kennedy or Officer Tippit, denied owning a rifle, said two photographs of him holding a rifle and a pistol were fakes, denied knowing anything about the forged Selective Service card with the name "Alek J. Hidell" in his wallet, denied telling his co-worker he wanted a ride to Irving to get curtain rods for his apartment, and denied he had been seen carrying a long heavy package to work the morning of the assassination.
Oswald wanted to be important and historical. He didn't just keep a diary, he called it a Historic diary! He defected to the USSR, found out he was a nobody there too, made arrangements to come back and planned what to tell the media on arrival... but nobody bothered to cover the story of his return. He screwed up an assassination attempt on a general earlier the same year, and had made plans what to say if captured.
Then, he did manage to become historic, the bad way. He tried to contact a leftist lawyer he'd heard of... clearly he was hoping for a big showy trial. Then the Dallas police dragged him in front of one unsearched crowd after another, until they found what they obviously wanted, a crowd with someone in it who was just as nutty.
His last act on this Earth was to raise his (handcuffed) fist to his head in the well known Communist "Knuckle-Head" sign.
What are some facts about Area 51?
Facts:
What happened to Jack Ruby after shooting Lee Harvey Oswald?
On March 14, 1964, a jury convicted Jack Ruby of killing Oswald and sentenced him to death. Jack Ruby's conviction was later overturned, but he died from cancer on January 3rd, 1967, while waiting for a new trial.
It's normally applied to a version of events that a group of people believe to be true in direct conflict to the official version. Two well known examples of conspiracy theories are that man did NOT land on the moon but all the televised lunar landings were in fact an elaborate hoax, and that Roswell was not a Project MOGUL weather balloon carrying prototype spy gear but an alien landing on the Earth.
It should be noted that conspiracy theorists often have to ignore available facts in order to promote their beliefs. For example, the technology to fake the Apollo flights, moon rocks, and video, etc. does not yet exist, let alone exist in 1969. And all the hard evidence at Roswell (photos) are of Project MOGUL wreckage.
___
A conspiracy is where a group of people plan a secret task that is only known to selected people.

What is the different of maslow's theory and alderfer's erg theory?
Alderfer does not disagree with Maslow's hierarchy of needs completely. He suggests that as more concrete needs are satisfied, less concrete need become more important. Instead of the five deeds that Maslow believes should be satisfied, Alderfer says there are only three important needs lwhereas Maslow's theory argues that individuals move up the hierarchy as a result of the satisfaction of lower order needs. ERG theory includes a unique frustration - regression component. This suggests that an already satisfied need can become activated when a higher need cannot be satisfied. Thus, if a person is continually frustrated in his or her attempts to satisfy growth needs, relatedness needs can again surface as key motivators. ERG theory offers a more flexible approach in understanding human needs than does Maslow's strict Hierarchy of needs
How long after the John F. Kennedy assassination did Lee Harvey Oswald become a suspect?
Only a few minutes, as he was the only employee who failed to show up for a roll call. His description was radioed out, which is probably why Officer Tippett pulled over to talk to him, and Oswald shot him. Then he dodged police cars by going in a theater without paying, and tried to shoot the arresting officers when they arrived. And yet there are those who like to pretend he was innocent and JFK died as some sort of Illuminati Reptilian Skull and Bones Trilateral Rothchilds Bilderberger Zionist Nazi Mafia CIA NWO conspiracy.
Who else was shot with Robert Kennedy?
Although Kennedy was the only fatality there were others wounded during the assassination. Willliam Weisel of ABC News, Paul Schrade of United Auto Workers Union, Elizabeth Evans of the Democratic Party, Ira Goldstein of the Continental News Service and Kennedy campaign volunteer Irwin Stroll. Singer/actress Rosemary Clooney, aunt of actor George Clooney, was standing nearby and although unhurt physically, she suffered a nervous breakdown shortly after Kennedy's assassination.
What are some common and major conspiracy theories that you have heard of?
Many people seem to believe that 9/11 was an inside job. (However, I think it is absolutely ridiculous).
JFK assasination is believed to be a conspiracy
The death of Princess Diana has a couple different beliefs including the press and the royal family.
Also many believe that John Wilkes booth was not only an inside job but also that he was never caught
How companies use theory x and y?
In 1960, Douglas McGregor formulated Theory X and Theory Y suggesting two aspects of human behaviour at work, or in other words, two different views of individuals (employees): one of which is negative, called as Theory X and the other is positive, so called as Theory Y. According to McGregor, the perception of managers on the nature of individuals is based on various assumptions.
Assumptions of Theory X
An average employee intrinsically does not like work and tries to escape it whenever possible.
Since the employee does not want to work, he must be persuaded, compelled, or warned with punishment so as to achieve organizational goals. A close supervision is required on part of managers. The managers adopt a more dictatorial style.
Many employees rank job security on top, and they have little or no aspiration/ ambition.
Employees generally dislike responsibilities.
Employees resist change.
An average employee needs formal direction.
Assumptions of Theory Y
Employees can perceive their job as relaxing and normal. They exercise their physical and mental efforts in an inherent manner in their jobs.
Employees may not require only threat, external control and coercion to work, but they can use self-direction and self-control if they are dedicated and sincere to achieve the organizational objectives.
If the job is rewarding and satisfying, then it will result in employees' loyalty and commitment to organization.
An average employee can learn to admit and recognize the responsibility. In fact, he can even learn to obtain responsibility.
The employees have skills and capabilities. Their logical capabilities should be fully utilized. In other words, the creativity, resourcefulness and innovative potentiality of the employees can be utilized to solve organizational problems.
Thus, we can say that Theory X presents a pessimistic view of employees' nature and behaviour at work, while Theory Y presents an optimistic view of the employees' nature and behaviour at work. If correlate it with Maslow's theory, we can say that Theory X is based on the assumption that the employees emphasize on the physiological needs and the safety needs; while Theory X is based on the assumption that the social needs, esteem needs and the self-actualization needs dominate the employees.
McGregor views Theory Y to be more valid and reasonable than Theory X. Thus, he encouraged cordial team relations, responsible and stimulating jobs, and participation of all in decision-making process.
Implications of Theory X and Theory Y
Quite a few organizations use Theory X today. Theory X encourages use of tight control and supervision. It implies that employees are reluctant to organizational changes. Thus, it does not encourage innovation.
Many organizations are using Theory Y techniques. Theory Y implies that the managers should create and encourage a work environment which provides opportunities to employees to take initiative and self-direction. Employees should be given opportunities to contribute to organizational well-being. Theory Y encourages decentralization of authority, teamwork and participative decision making in an organization. Theory Y searches and discovers the ways in which an employee can make significant contributions in an organization. It harmonizes and matches employees' needs and aspirations with organizational needs and aspirations.

What is the clockmaker theory or the watchmaker theory?
The watchmaker theory was developed by William Paley in 1802. The theory advocates, through inteligent design, for creationism as opposed to evolution. The theory takes the example of a watch, and concludes that the sheer technology and sophistication required to design a watch requires a designer in the form of a supernatural being; not an ordinary human being. The world, ergo, was form by a God and humans have been the beneficiary of His formations and designs - ultimately humans are too immature to design such a detailed object and requiire the assistance of a God. Evolution, averses this theory in the name of science. Through science and Darwin's natural selection, the human race - not to mention all other beings in the animal kingdom - has evolved by adapting to the environment and maturing over tens of thousands of years. The watchmaker analogy cab de drawn upon here by looking at the evolution of watches. Scientists would contend: the increasing sophistication in watches in not disimilar to that of human beings and animals. In a factual respect, the watchmaker theory is scientifically flawed and inaccurate. However, for crerationists it is an analogy that provides some reason for their beliefs.
How can you help an alcoholic stay sober?
Beverly Rayfield, who worked closely with Dr David Sinclair - founder of the Sinclair Method, has written an E-Book that has a great section on staying sober. Check it out at www.neuroassistedrecovery.com Answer: Firstly, being an expert and fully qualified alcoholic, the person needs to recognize the fact that he or she has a problem. It would then help to go to AA, 30 meetings in 30 days is the best advice. The you need to remove the risk of exposure; remove it from the home, change social patterns, do not drink yourself and give constant encouragement. Generally the changes a person experiences are profound and immediate, however it's a very, very long road... Change the behavior, the pattern of life and break the circle.... I am a 22 year recovered alcoholic. The answer to your question is complex. Alcolholism is a family illness and everyone is affected. If you are a spouse or other relative, the best thing you can do for the alcoholic is to call Alanon (in the phone book), go to one of their meetings yourself and learn how not to enable the alcoholic to stay in his illness. He/She can get well . If you are a concerned friend , you can get other friends and family members together to do an intervention, (call AA Inergoup in your phone directory for suggestions about this). The bottom line is the Aloholic MUST want help and be willing to attend Alcoholics Anonymous If they are not, the intervention may help, but here are a few other suggestions. 1. Never give an alcoholic money
2. Never argue with an alcoholic, delay conversations till when they are sober (unless in emergency situation)
3. Dont hide their liquor.
4. Do get advise from a professional or another sober alcoholic in AA,
5. Set boundaries, pray, and take good care of yourself first.
An alcoholic can be helped by simply taking the person to a rehab.

Obamas fradulent Birth certificate where is the real one?
The real one is in Hawaii, where President Obama was born.
//That's the whole point. Nobody really knows for sure who he is or where he comes from. His birth certificiate has been proven a fake, it's not a matter of dispute. Why he is not only still in office but is being allowed to run for a second term defies all logic. He may or may not have a legitimate birth certificate. Although if he did why would he use a fake one? So the chance that he is even American seems slim at this point.//

What is an example of a new world order?
A new world order is a vague term that can be applied to many ideas or activities in the world. For example, Nazi Germany wanted to establish a new world order with Germany and the Nazi Party dominating world events. Another example is the philosophy of Karl Marx. He claimed a new world order would be the consequences of predictable class struggles. Communism, as per Marx, would be a new world order where people shared and there would be no need for governments. He saw a new classless world order.
