First isolate the electronics via battery and fuse panel.
The passenger air bag panel does not come off separate from the bag module. Do not pry it off.
Inside the glovebox are there are bolts (@10mm) to be removed from the front and underside. Also the glovebox latch catch will need to be removed.
The bag and panel will then slide out partially. The electrical connector can be removed (not always necessary). Just slide the air bag housing forward without straining the connection.
The dashboard can then be loosened via screws and when completed reverse the procedure for re-installation.
