you have to take the timing belt off to do the water pump.and you also have to do the rear timing cover where the water pump is attach to because theres 3 o ring gasket behind that cover and they are known to leak.

Personally, I would not attempt this unless you've got the experience to do so. If you time this engine wrong, your gonna need valves. But to answer your question, I'd go to your local Dodge dealership and ask them to copy the procedure out of the service manual. Our manuals are pretty good when it comes to timing 2.7 motors.

Verry easy with a awd intrepid , but its not bolt on , always thing to modify and adjust ;) but it could be done :)

There is a long list of P codes. Better to ask for a P code. All P codes are used for multiple cars. I know for a fact that every Chrysler dodge jeep Plymouth use p0300 for multiple cylinder missfire.

It's in the tank, and, the question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You may want to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library. The tank is under the floor of the trunk, near the rear seat back. To get to it, take the trunk carpet out, or fold it back from the forward part of the car toward the bumper. There's an access panel in the trunk that unbolts. Thaat allows you to get to the top of the gas tank where the fuel pump is. Once you get to this point you need that repair manual.

The negative battery cable is attached to the stud on the top of the passenger side strut mount, and is held in place by a cap nut that is approx. 1 1/4" high. If you are having ground problems--remove the cap nut and check for corrosion buildup in the threads of the stud. This will be indicated by a greenish powdery buildup that can be removed with a wire brush.
