All 318, 360, 383, 400, and 440 cu in engines in all series of non fuel injected cars and trucks have the fuel pump mounted to the side of the timing case cover on the right side at the very front of the engine. Watch out for the pump operating rod when you remove the pump as it will fall down. I use heavy grease to hold it up when reinstalling the pump.

I have never weighted one, but I gong to say 6 to 700 pounds.

the chain in the transfer case will only turn when engaged into 4 high or 4 low. the chain is only there to operate the front wheels. with a busted chain all you will have is two wheel drive but you have the ability to use the low range as normal, you not have 4 wheel drive. i have modified transfer cases to do do just that and installed them in what i call "ghetto sleds".

Yes, I've had both Chevy & older Ford (pre 1998) wheels on my Dodge W200 and 1999 Ford Did Not fit.

Do what I did, if they're old you'll need new anyway. Remove the tires and introduce percussive maintenance using a sledge. If they brake you'll need new anyway.

the mixture may be too lean or too rich, depending on how its dying out. if you have to hold the pedal down after it dies out to get it started, its too rich. it may be electrical for the fuel injectors, or the ecu may be faulty, talk to me about it at mazurlaser@aol.com, i can try to help you.

Check fuel pressure at pump? if you have pressure, check float NEEDLE WIRE that helps open the valve.

standard 80-90 weight gear oil will work if it's a gear-driven case, like the NP 205

I'm not sure about the belt driven type (NP 203) but I think it was a bit lighter weight

its a gimmik it comes on in milage intervals and all we do is push a button to shut it off
