What does the sun give the particles in the Eiffel tower?

The Sun gives off EM radiation and the height of the Eiffel tower inducts certain wavelengths of radio waves and the extra energy creates added free electrons. Also, the bombardment of light photons over such a large conductive surface acts much like a weak solar panel knocking loose electrons in the metal atoms. So, when put together, the Sun gives the Eiffel tower electron particles (electricity), although not enough to power the radio transmitter that it is used with.

What is the oxymoron meaning of 'a tower'?

An oxymoron (plural "oxymora" or "oxymorons") (noun) is a figure of speech that combines two normally contradictory terms (e.g. "deafening silence" "jumbo shrimp"). Oxymoron is a Greek term derived from oxy ("sharp") and moros ("dull"). Oxymora are a proper subset of the expressions called contradiction in terms. What distinguishes oxymora from other paradoxes and contradictions is that they are used intentionally, for rhetorical effect, and the contradiction is only apparent, as the combination of terms provides a novel expression of some concept. So, as you can see, you need two words at least to create an oxymoron. There is no "oxymoron meaning of tower". I'm not even sure what that means. Here are some more examples: Pretty Ugly, Government Organization, Living Dead, Dodge Ram, Tight Slacks, and Millitary Intelligence

How can you build a sandbox out of recycled material?

I built a sandbox out of an old tractor tire that I acquired from a local tire store for free. It is about 4 feet in diameter and fit in the back of my light pickup. I took it home and cut the side wall off with a jig saw with a fine tooth blade. The tire was nylon belted on the walls so there are no slivers.

It works great and is very earth friendly.

This problem is occurring because of one of two things

1. the ragtop has shrunk

2. the fact that some areas go through season change cause the screws that align the top to loosen of tighten. all you need to do is adjust them to align the top.

I believe someone else has a proper explaination for doing so.
