if you don't know how to do it, hire someone who does. this can be a dangerous procedure, if there is power to the air bag when it is disconnected, it will discharge, it has been know to break unsuspecting necks.

You need a special torque socket wrench. Take of the plastic covering to expose the bolts. Then it is simply muscle unless you have a power wrench. Be careful with the clips that are under the metal that the bolts screw into, don't let them fall into the side panels as they are tough to recover. That's about it. Unplug the electrical, lift it up and off with someones help.

A Phillip's head screw driver for interior moulding and a 5/16 socket or wrench. Best to you power tools for bolts as they are long winded and tight. Cordless drill works fine.

The flasher is located under the dash driver side near the left kick panel(plastic cover below the left front speaker).A good idea is to buy a new flasher for reference so when the part is replaced you can identify the part easily!It should be mounted to metal towards fender near the hood latch pull handle area.

It is possible that the switch is faulty , but start from the simple things, first check the battery for state of charge, if there is proper voltage, check terminals for corrosion, remove them and clean , then try starting, if not check the main battery connections to motor , and relay, working your way along the system, fuses etc... not being there to see how things are, it's very difficult to give an accurate answer.

Heater core is located under the dash and is held in with i believe 4 bolts which means the bottom half of dash needs to be removed but first you need to pop the hood and disconnect the inner and outter hoses going to and coming from the heater core at the wirewall, be ready cause some Coolant will come from the hoses.
