Most smaller engines use gravity to feed the carb. So if that is the case it should be directly under the gas tank. HTH.

Did you mean 660 or 700? Either way the Raptor is "one of" the fastest quads, with a top speed around 70mph(660)-73/74mph(700).

Check the VIN codes. VIN = Vehicle Identification Number. Typically one of the letters or numbers will indicate what year it was made. A key to the VIN should be easy to find online. Type in the search "VIN" whatever the manufacturer of the ATV is, such as "Honda" and "data" or any combination of these. I tried this search method on Google to research my Cadillac's VIN and got an answer in the first batch of search results. The 10th digit of a 17 digit vin # is the year .

depending on the engine size. i have a Yamaha warrior 350 that tops out around 75 when we last clocked it. also the way the quad was broke in matters because if it is not broke in correctly the engine will not have full power

if you have an ohm meter you can put it to the imput and out put on coil and kick it. it depends on size but it should be from 8 to 14 ohm

Well, I tried this on my 86 tercel 4WD wagon, and I think the short answer is "you don't." The aisan carburetor on this model has a lot of little parts rattling around inside it (just like any carburetor, I suppose!) and it's difficult to get back together and have it run right. Plus, it needs to be calibrated to work with the feedback system installed on those vehicles. Mine works more or less, but I'm planning on just biting the bullet and buying a professionally rebuilt unit. I figured that after 150k miles, the car deserves it! I saw some improvement after rebuilding mine, but the bigger problem might be the emission controls that work with the carb. I would consult a manual and check these out before tearing into the carb. Some people are putting Weber 32/36 carbs on the 3AC motor. Check out this thread:
