"Super Handling" it means the car is equipped with ATTS or automatic torque transfer system, which increases torque to the outside wheel when cornering as the outside wheel must travel a farther distance than the inside wheel during a turn
How to Jump terminals on a starter solenoid?
on the starter/solenoid,there is a heavy cable coming from battery.also there is a smaller wire. using a screw driver, u need to make a contact between these two wires. generally the smaller wire is a push on connection and will need to be slid back a little to enable contactof bare metal on the conector.remember to push wire back when started. if little wire has a nut securing it just make contact between that and the heavy terminal.also MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS IN PARK,OR NEUTRAL AND PARK BRAKE APPLIED.ignition switch must be turned on to start. There usually is a lot of sparks and you don't want to leave the connection too long, maybe a couple seconds, or else you will never be able to have the screwdriver back (It will weld it there)
Where is the fuel pump relay on a 89 Honda Prelude 20si?
It should be under the dash and takes 5 mins to swap out, matushita RZ-XXXX it is called the "main relay" which does both the fuel pump and ignition. Assuming this is fuel injected. Just replaced mine in my 86 Si and it fixed problems with the pump not coming on all the time when starting. $70 from the dealer.
Where is the maf sensor 93 Honda Prelude?
Hondas used only a map sensor back in the 90s in place of a maf/map combo. The map sensor can be found on top of the throttle body and should be branded "Denso". The sensor coveres about 2" and is usually black.

Where is the PCV valve on a 1994 Honda Prelude Si?
You should be able to find it in the valve cover or intake manifold. It's got an "L" (elbow") shape slip-on pipe connection, to which a rubber PCV hose attaches. The PCV valve sits in a rubber grommet, which fits into the port on the valve cover (or intake manifold). It's recommended that the grommet be changed at the same time as the PCV valve, since it'll most likely be old, dry, and brittle if it's never been changed.
Please advise on where the fuel pump relay of Honda Prelude 87 SI is located thanks?
It's the "main relay" located under the dash. Honda part RZ-XXXX About $70 and you can only get it at the dealer. But it's a 5 min job to swap it out.

What would cause your 1994 Buick LeSabre to cut off while you are driving it?
I had the same problem with my 1988 Oldsmobile Delta 88. Replaced fuel pump and Ignition control module. So far, there is no cut off. You probably have no good Igition module.
same thing happened to my 94 LeSabre. It happened from time to time with no "Service Engine Soon" indication. Eventually I got the indication, it was the EGR valve.
Does it start right back up when ever it cuts off? check the battery terminals first, jiggle them while the engine is running if that didn't afect the engine, it sounds like the throttle position sensor is faulty. change it.
Best ChoiceYou want to change:Crankshaft Sensor, Starter Pack, And the Fuel Pump.
How far can a 97 Honda Prelude travel when the fuel light comes on?
until u run out of gas... maybe 20 miles.. my 89 went 37 on the highway
How do you replace the fuel pump on an 1988 Honda Prelude SI?
DO NOT DO THIS IN A HOME GARAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BLOW YOU, THE HOUSE, AND THE NEIGHBORS INTO ORBIT. TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY WHILE YOU'RE WORKING. Get a slingshot and some rocks to shoot at smokers, kids, and other annoyances who get too close. READ ALL BEFORE BEGINNING WORK. Do this in the driveway on a slightly windy day to keep gasoline from pooling. Get a Class B fire extinguisher before you start. Don't hit anything with metal objects. If you must impact something to get it loose, use a rubber mallet and be careful. Get about 10 good rags in case of a fuel spill. Don't use fans because the electrical motors have tiny sparks that are generated as the fan motor gets it's electricity to spin the fan blade. Don't use an electrical drop light. Put on goggles unless you don't want your eyes anymore. DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE TERMINAL OF THE BATTERY. Relieve the fuel pressure by loosening the 6mm service bolt (smaller one of the two) on top of the fuel filter (rear of engine compartment). The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. In the trunk, look in front of the spare tire well. Take off (carefully pry up) the LEFT metal access cover from the floor of the trunk. Remove the electrical connector and disconnect the two fuel lines. Remove the fuel pump mounting bolts (hard to see). Pull the fuel pump up and out. NOTE: If the fuel pump hits the trunk as you try to pull it out, and you can't remove it, you'll have to LOOSEN the straps on the tank, lowering it a bit, so you can wiggle the pump out. Install is reverse of removal. IF YOUR VEHICLE YEAR IS '87, THEN THE PUMP IS EXTERNAL.
Why is the S3 light in your 1988 Honda Prelude always blinking?
If an '87 is like an '88 at all then i would say that your speed sensor is out. Just to make sure was your speedo bouncing around before and did it just quit? if so then it is your speed sensor. If you don't mind it flashing then get a friend to go with you on the highway and do a 50mph 55mph 60mph and 65mph test and see what rpm you are running then when there is low traffic do a 30 that's how ive been driving mine for the last 6 months
I have an '87 Prelude and I cannot find the S3 light. I've checked my manuals and called the dealer and we're stumped. I found some reference on the web about the S3 flashing and the transmission needing a fluid check. I also saw a reference to the speed sensor and associated issues with the speedometer. I thought this S3 light might be associated with the light on the dashboard for the shift lever's position but my shift indicator uses "P", "D", etc. Where is this light located? Is it the Check Engine Light that's blinking three times? Is it the computer's flashing LED? Z-Gear

Is it possible on a 1991 Honda Prelude Si to disable the ABS light without repairing the system?
if you can live with the ALB light in your gauge cluster staring at you all the time, you can just pull the ABS fuses as i did. it still passes inspection in VA & i keep the pulled fuses in the coin holder just in case. the fuses are located under the hood, above the battery & are clearly marked on the box. just pull everything that starts with "ALB"
