Is 113 IQ good for a 29 year old man?
100 is considered average. An IQ between 125-145 is optimal for social and educational development. 135 is generally the cutoff for being considered "gifted" in school. An IQ of 160 qualifies you as a genius, but social development among this group (the top .1% of US citizens, I believe - 3 standard deviations from the norm) is generally hindered.
The following is from giftedkids.about.com (each category, with an exception to the highest one, represents 1 additional positive standard deviation from the norm):
IQ scores are normalized by age, thus theoretically if you got an IQ score of 115 you should always get an IQ score of 115 throughout your life whenever tested. In actual practice deviations in score of about ±5 points are not considered statistically significant. However remember that the only thing an IQ score has ever been shown to consistently predict both reliably and accurately is the ability to score high on IQ tests.
Why do men hate strong women in the workplace?
All men do not hate all strong women in the workplace. Some men are glad to be working with other strong people, no matter what their gender.
A:Because some strong women in the workplace might believe they have to be aggressive to get to that position. They may treat the men in the work place like either idiots, because they have their position, or like the enemy, thinking that all the men hate them and treating the men as such. A:I believe that if the woman is not aggressive, like Answer A said, and she's actually nice, maybe the men in the workplace are actually intimidated by her for being in a higher rank then they are. Not just men will be intimidated also the women below her working position.People are happiest in relationships where the give and take are about equal. If one person is getting too little from the relationship, then not only are they going to be unhappy with this-the person getting the lion's share will also be feeling rather guilty about this imbalance. This is reinforced by strong social norms about fairness. In short-term relationships we tend to trade in things, such as loaning small sums or buying beers. In longer-term relationships the trade is more emotional. Overall, though, it is still better to be getting more than less-although you could feel better about the relationship, the benefits you get from it can buy you compensatory happiness elsewhere.
Baby talk, motherese, parentese, mommy talk, caretaker speech, infant-directed talk (IDT), or child-directed speech (CDS) is a nonstandard form of speech used by adults in talking to toddlers and infants. It is usually delivered with a "cooing" pattern of intonation different from that of normal adult speech: high in pitch, with many glissando variations that are more pronounced than those of normal speech. Baby talk is also characterized by the shortening and simplifying of words. Baby talk is also used by people when talking to their pets, and between adults as a form of affection, intimacy, bullying or patronising, or in various forms of affectionate written communication such as lolcats.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_talk

What is alcoholic frementation?
Alcohol fermentation is natures way of producing alcohol. By itself, nature cannot produce alcohol stronger than 14 percent. Fermentation is a natural process that occurs when yeast combines with the sugar in plants and produces an enzyme that then produces alcohol. So it is possible to say that alcohol is yeast excrement.
This yeast can be gotten naturally from the air, like Stone Age people got it, or purchased in a store the way we get it. Of course the higher the sugar content of the plant the easier it is to produce alcohol. We have many fruit and grain alcohols because of their starch or sugar content.
Most historians believe alcohol was discovered by accident. That somebody in the Stone Age left berries or grain in a stone pot and it combined with yeast from the air and water and they had alcohol. No one seems to know if wine or beer came first but it didn't take long for it to be available everywhere. People loved it.

What is the agency theory within psychology?
Milgram (1974) proposed that our tendency to obey people in authority is a way of maintaining a stable society. in order to live in complex societies we need social rules. sticking to these rules means that at least some of the time we have to give up some of our free will. Milgram proposed that in order to accomplish this we have developed two social states: * In the Autonomous state we are free to act as we wish. * However in our Agentic state we surrender our free will and conscience in order to serve the interests of the wider group. referrence "angles on psychology - 3rd edition" by Emmanuel Chikaviro

Maybe they are just so confident in what they think is the correct response and get so caught up in the moment that they forget that other people have rights too. It seems to be tied to nosiness in a number of people too. It is hard to boss others around without paying what may be excessive attention to them and how they do things.

If narcissism is that extreme form of self-love which totally over-rules any attraction to members of the opposite sex, it is extremely unlikely that narcissism could ever be passed on to future generations.
'Personality' is the product of genetics, environment, experiences in life and, to some extent, personal choice (free will).
These factors contribute to any narcissistic tendencies a person may have or exhibit. Similarly, the degree of narcissism will also be influenced by those factors. This being so, narcissism, to a greater or lesser degree, may be inherited, but not necessarily.
To some extent, a measure of 'self-love' is natural; it is a feature of being human. But experience and maturity generally ensures that self-love does not become a person's predominant quality.

PREVIOUS ANSWER :
I'm 14 and I sure don't, they drive me up the wall! They don't give you any support at the front and I can't stand the ride-up at the back, I was always having to pick them out. I've just got to wear pants, especially on days when I've got PE. Other boys in my class wear boxers though, they don't seem to mind it as much as I do, and I do get teased in the changing room for wearing pants.
