a .jpeg is an image (picture)

"Animator vs Animation" was created by Alan Becker. He most likely used a program called 'Macromedia Flash'. This program was created by the the company 'Adobe'. Like all programs, they must be learnt, and I recommend learning to draw first, before playing around with software that is to become outdated in a few years.

The size depends on the following factors: Image format. Eg. .PNG, .BMP, .JPG, .GIF, ETC. Image Colour quality: 64-bit, 32-bit, 16-bit, monochrome, etc

The stroke tool adds an outline to text, text boxes, or images. You can also specify the strength of the stroke in pixels.

Yes you can open the file with a progam then save it again with the jpeg file extention. When you save (Windows) there will be a drop down list of the file extentions that the file can be saved as or you can change the file extention manually by typing .jpeg. bare in mind some applications you may not be able to save as a jpeg but many generic apps can. you may loose some picture quality though!

You can do that with Clone Stamp Tool, find picture with torn clothes, choose Clone Stamp Tool, Alt click on source image to sample then paint on image you want to change clothes.

Been there and done that, friend: my method is in two steps: 1. eraser at less thah 50% opacity over the source image and then 2.add the clone or healing brush to the fleshed area and paint over; but I am not yet 100% satisfied with results. Anyone else out there?

Graphics are compressed to enable more efficient storage and perhaps faster loading in some cases.

You can not enlarge bitmap images without losing quality and bitmap images are larger in size then vector.

With a graphic program such as Adobe Photoshop. You create a layer, paste your logo/watermark, adjust the size/position and then adjust the transparency of the layer. Once the watermark meets your visual needs, merge all layers or save as an image (i.e. jpeg, tiff, bmp, etc.)
