What was Raja ram mohan rai's contribution to Indian history?
The unfolding of Hindu acculturative movements began with the career of Rammohan Roy (I772-1833). He was born into a world of diverse cultural influences. His father's family followed Chaitanya, and his mother was a worshipper of divine female power. Professionally the Roys had served under Muslim rulers and so were among the Persianized members of the Hindu elite.'This tie to non-Hindu government gave them a somewhat lowered status, as,they were not counted among the purest of the Brahmanical community. Roy learned Bengali as his mother tongue, but also studied Persian in preparation for future employment and Sanskrit as befitted his priestly rank." Young Roy questioned orthodox beliefs, and consequently came into conflict with his parents. The year after his father's death in 1803, Roy published his religious views in a Persian tract, Tohfat al-Muwahiddin (A Gift to Theists, 1804), making public his criticisms of idolatry and polytheism. Roy had already entered the world of private banking and from there he was drawn into the colonial milieu, for his clients included several English officers. He began to learn English and spent nine years working for the East India Company. He retired in 1814 and afterwords turned his energies to issues of social custom and religious belief.
About the same time another work of Rammohan in Persian entitled Manzarat-ul-Adiyan or "Discourses on Various Religions" came out.It is believed that its theme was similar to that of the Tuhfat. In 1815 Rammohan founded the Atmiya Sabha or Friendly Association for discussing theological subjects.The Sabha met once in a week and in its meetings the Hindu scriptures were recited and theistic hymns composed by Rammohan and his friends were chanted. Meetings of Atmiya Sabha were originally held at Rammohan's Manicktola residence in Calcutta . Later, regular sittings were held by rotation in the residence of different members.Among the topics discussed in the meetings were futility of image worship, evils of caste system, practice of Sati and polygamy.
As another means of propagating his religious views Rammohan published a number of books and tracts during this period.He published a translation of the Vedanta Sutra in 1815 and the Bengali translation of Isa, Kena, Katha, Mundaka and Mandukya Upanishads between 1816 and 1819. He was the first man to translate and explain the Vedanta in Bengali though he mainly propagated the non-dualism of Shankaracharya.
In 1825, he founded the Vedanta College where along with Western Science and Philosophy the students were to be taught Vedanta philosophy. The Vedanta College was set up with a view to the propagation of and defence of Hindu Unitarianism.In 1820 Rammohan entered a different phase of his religious activities and became involved in a controversy with the Christian Missionaries.Rammohan had first come into contact with the Serampore missionaries in 1816 and since then had sought to maintain friendly relations with them.The controversy began with the publication in 1820 of his work entitled The Precepts of Jesus, The Guide to Peace and Happiness.
In September 1821, through the interest and initiative taken by Adam,Rammohan and others, the Unitarian Committee was founded.The object of the Committee was to remove ignorance and superstition, and to furnish information respecting the evidences, the duties, and doctorines of the religion of Christ.The Unitarian Committee used to run an Anglo- Hindu School, and arrange congregational services and it owned a printing press.
In 1816-17, Rammohan started an English school at Sudipara for the education of Hindu boys. The School was formally opened in 1822 as the Anglo-Hindu School where western Science, philosophy and literature were taught.Among thestudents of this school was Devendranath Tagore. From 1839 the school was renamed the Indian Academy .
Another significant contribution of Rammohan as an educational reformer was that he drew the Christian missions to this field.In 1823, he requested the Church of Scotland Assembly to send out competent teachers to spread English education in India.In 1830, Dr Alexander Duff, the famous missionary educationist , came to India.
Initially known as the General Assembly's Institution, the Scottish Church Collegiate School was founded on the 13th July, 1830 by Allexander Duff, the first overseas missionary of the Church of Scotland to India . Dr. Duff with Raja Rammohan Roy, the father of modern India, played significant role in supporting Lord AMcaulay in drafting his famous minute for the introduction of English education in India .
Rammohan's efforts for promoting Indian Journalism were very notable.Among the papers that he used as his organs was the Bengali weekly Sambad Kaumudi or "The Moon of Intelligence". In 1822, he started a weekly paper in Persian named Mirat-ul-Akhbar or "Mirror of Intelligence". The Sambad Kaumudi was primarily intended for common man, whereas the Mirat was for the educated classes.Apart from being one of the pioneers of Bengali journalism, Rammohan's name is associated with the struggle for a free press in India.His memorial against the Press Ordinance of 1823 to the Supreme court and then to the Privy Council, his closure for the publication of the Mirat-ul-Akhbar as a protest against the repressive Government Ordinance have earned for him an esteemed place in the history of the Indian Press.This is the first instance of an organized effort to rally the intelligentia against an encroachment on the fundamental rights of the people.In 1827, he protested against the Jury Act which introduced discrimination even in the courts of Justice.Three years later, in 1830,we find him objecting to the Government proposal to Tax rent- free lands.Lastly, we must recall the agitation he started on the eve of the renewal of the Company's Charter in 1833.
The most dramatic question of Roy 's varied career, and one that concerned him for the remainder of his life, was the rite of sati, the immolation of Hindu widows on their husbands' funeral pyre. Sati was not practised widely throughout the Hindu community, but it was strong among the higher castes in Bengal . Roy had been deeply upset, when one of his female relatives committed sati. In 1818, he published A Conference Between an Advocate for and an Opponent Of the Practice of Burning Widows Alive. Roy cited scriptural sources to justify his contention that Sati was not required by Hindu law and was instead an erroneous accretion; an example of degenerate Hinduism.Finally in 1829, the British- Indian Government outlawed Sati.
The miserable conditions of the peasants in India and the serious economic crisis that gripped the country did not fail to draw his concern and sympathy. Rammohan suggested that the revenue demanded from the Zamindars should be reduced so that a reduction in the ryots rent would be assured. As a measure to cope up with the problem of economic drain he suggested that a system should be devised which would encourage wealthy Europeans to settle their families permanently in India .
He had sympathies and contacts with the people of the world and the international events and movements of his time. He took an absorbing interest in the French July Revolution of 1830 which he viewed as a triumph of Liberty .
The orthodox Hindu community organized itself in defence of Hinduism and its practices under the patronage of Raja Radhakant Dev (1784-1867). Other stalwarts of the group included Bhabanicharan Bandopadhyay and Ramkamal Sen.Religion and social reforms were the main subjects of controversy. In 1823, the Gaudiya Samaj was founded with the object of the propagation of learning and knowledge among the natives. The samaj accepted Hindu social customs and usages.Social problems and social improvements were discussed and the vedas were recited in the meetings of the samaj. With the object of defending orthodox religion and society the Dharma Sabha was founded on January 17, 1830. Its president was Raja Radhakant Deb and Bhabanicharan Bandopadhyay, its secretary. Others are homeless because of illness, most commonly a mental health issue(s) and don't have family or friends, anymore, as the right type of support, like adequate shelter and medical attention .
There are a lot of educated, homeless people who have fallen between the financial and societal,cracks,partially due to government cutbacks to social services and personal troubles.
No body chooses to be homeless.
It's a full time job being homeless and that's the last resort.
Many people with addictions are homeless and in and out of shelters and detox, with the hope of not being homeless, again.
There is a sub population of homeless youths who have been kicked out of their homes for being homosexual. These youths may need other services, in addition to services for homelessness.

Who is Billy Meier in the literature on UFO incidents?
Eduard Albert Meier (nicknamed Billy) was born on 3 February 1937 in Bülach, Switzerland, the second of seven children. His father was a shoemaker by occupation. According to Meier: on 2nd June 1942, at the age of 5 years, Eduard - together with his father - had the first sighting of a UFO in the form of an enormous silver 'disc'. No. The reason being that much of the belief in UFO's etc has no basis in verifiable fact and specifically has links with both the theory of evolution and the occult. As a thinking person it would seem there is no necessity to come up with something which is not even implied in the Bible.
Ezekiel indicates frequently that what he saw was difficult to describe in human language, although he did what he could within the limitations of Hebrew. This is not to imply any limitation in Hebrew itself specifically, but just that some phenomena are difficult to describe in human terms. NASA astronaut Guy Gardner describes the difficulty some astronauts have of expressing what they think and see when they look back at the earth from space. Although the 'data' are here different, the idea is the same -we cannot always adequately describe something which is 'out of the ordinary.' Resorting to explanations which are untenable has no place in a Christian perspective of what the Bible is saying.
To a Christian, belief in a real spiritual world is not akin to belief in UFO's, etc since what is a reliable historical and inspired record speaks clearly of it. The other is opposed to what the Bible stands for and so it can be clearly stated that no Biblical author ever had aliens of UFO's in mind when they wrote anything in the Bible and so to see it there is imposing a presupposition that such exist onto the Bible from outside.

As for the scriptures, although a spiritual history of our relationship with God throughout the ages, it is not a science book, and should not be read as such. There are texts within the scriptures that are allegorical and others that are purely symbolic, and yet others that are meant to be taken literally. However, inter-planetary science was certainly not on the minds of the various writers of the scriptures, because 'OUR'scriptures were intended to send a message to 'US' - 'HUMANITY'.
ANOTHER ANSWER:
It's doubtful that "spirit beings, invisible to the naked human eye," and who aren't limited by any of man's physical restraints, require any mechanical apparatus, as we might perceive a "spaceship," to "travel through the dimension of space." Is the "third heaven" of God's throne [II Cor.12:2] even a "physical dimension" for that matter, that can be approached, physically, by a spaceship or in any other physical manner? Or might it be more of a "thought process" to which our under-developed human minds and spirits have yet to attain? Doesn't science reveal that we humans utilize less than 10 percent or so of our brain capacity?
One would think [with what little brain we do use] that that leaves plenty of room for improvement for man [with his Creator's help down the road to Eternal Life] regarding a potentially phenomenal increase in mental [spiritual] Power and [as God says it] GLORY.
So-called, UFO'S, like the God of the Bible, are "believed" to exist by some and "not believed" to exist by others. The thing to keep in mind is that they remain essentially "unidentified" or "unidentifiable" to most people. Most people require quite a bit of evidence or experience in life before they'll believe something.
Indeed, did the two people God created [male and female created He them] "alienate themselves" from the Creator before they acquired any longevity or experience at living. They couldn't have been that far along in the early stages of the "state of existence;" in awe of everything they saw, smelled, heard, touched and tasted in their newly-made pristine world [like adult newborn babies] when they were introduced to "the Dragon; that old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan" [see Rev.12:9] and subsequently "chose the wrong god to Obey and Worship": thus, "sinning," [I John 3:4] breaking the Creator's very first Law of Love:
"Thou shalt have no other gods before Me."
They went and HID themselves from God… and they and their subsequent generations of children have bid Him out of their lives and tried to avoid Him ever since. God isn't hiding from us… we're hiding from Him. Our sins… our disobedience to His Laws - I John 3:4… has separated us from Him. From God's Truth… which so few people believe.
"Toward evening they heard the LORD God walking about in the garden, so THEY HID THEMSELVES among the trees[which, thanks to the god they chose, they also would learn to worship… along with everything else God created, including the planets]. The LORD called to Adam, 'Where are you?'
He replied, "I heard you, so I HID, I WAS AFRAID because I was naked.'

Satan made them aware of their nakedness and their sex suddenly was "dirty" to them.
God's Word reveals that Satan [in whom, also, few men believe] is at the root of this world's woes, because his wicked ways appeal to man's selfish, rebellious nature; the nature of the flesh. He and his demons are invisible beings that populate this planet with very few humans being aware of their existence… very few people "believe" it.
This "alien leader" called Satan, and all of his demons, live in the very midst of mankind; and Satan has "deceived" mankind from the beginning [see Rev.12 9].
And part of that deception is his generations-old ploy preparing mankind for the prophesied "future alien invasion of planet earth!"
God's Word provides ample prophecies to that effect, also… but it seems to be beyond most people's ability to recognize it and/or believe it.
Granted… not that many people in the world have actually read the Bible… but the above statement applies to most of those who have read God's Book.
Strangely enough, the Bible is not the "religious book" that people have been misled to believe it is. What's religious about the world government that Jesus will establish when He invades earth and establishes it here?
"…the GOVERNMENT will rest on HIS SHOULDERS... [is that a 'religious' statement?] His ever-expanding, PEACEFUL GOVERNMENT will NEVER END… [same question]… The passionate commitment of the LORD Almighty will GUARANTEE THIS!" (Isa.9:6-7 NLT)
The so-called "living beings" that Ezekiel describes isn't religious, but certainly pictures a technology that wasn't known to man at that time… but it's used quite commonly today: the "gyroscope!"
"As I looked at these BEINGS, I saw four wheels on the ground beneath them, one wheel belonged to each. The wheels sparkled as if made of chrysolite [topaz or beryl: Strong's Definitions]. All four wheels looked the same; EACH WHEEL HAD A SECOND WHEEL TURNING CROSSWISE WITHIN IT." (Ezek.1:15-16 NLT)
Was what we call a "gyroscope" today a "living, spiritual entity" long before man discovered its properties in its relatively clumsy [by comparison] mechanical form?
(Google 'gyroscope' and research how extensively they are used in "rocket guidance systems" today… not to mention much of our ever-changing computer technology in general; turn your I-phone in any direction and watch it "correct" itself to your view).
Before you became familiar with the "gyroscope," as a child, even in this modern computer age… how would you have described it other than: "a wheel with a second wheel turning crosswise within it?" To be sure; what could Ezekiel have known about them, much less imagine and describe fully functioning ones, unless he witnessed them in action?
"The beings could move forward in any of the four directions they faced [they each had four faces, Ezekiel tells us, with each face looking continually in the DIRECTION OF ONE OF THE COMPASS POINTS. Nothing and no one is going to sneak up on them], WITHOUT TURNING AS THEY MOVED [they didn't need to turn in the direction they wanted to go, like we have to do, because these beings, collectively, were always facing all four directions]… When the four beings moved, the wheels moved with them. When they flew upward, the wheels went up, too. The spirit [energy, power-source] of the four living beings WAS IN THE WHEELS[living gyroscopic power and capabilities beyond anything man has yet to discover. Or imagine.]. So wherever the spirit went, the wheels and the living beings went, too…" (verses 17-20).
A study of the Bible pictures the prophesied return of Jesus Christ just like what most of the Hollywood "alien-invasion movies" portray as what the world has come to expect as a coming future "alien invasion"… WHICH ALL THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD WILL BAND TOGETHER TO FIGHT OFF! What's religious about that? Satan [who owns Hollywood and everything else in this world: governments, television, radio, etc.] has orchestrated this "future event" in the hearts and minds of movie-goers everywhere for decades as being A BAD THING!
And it is he and the two future leaders that he shall appoint as rulers of the world, who shall command the nations to fight "Christ's invasion of earth" - not necessarily knowing that they are fighting Christ… but deluded into fighting off that ALIEN INVADER that the world has always come to expect!
Please take note, here, and recall any "alien invasion" movie you've ever seen. While God's name may be called upon in such movies, giving Him a mildly reverent "lip service"... yet, NEVER does He show up to SAVE THE WORLD! Who ALWAYS ends up saving the world? That's right: MANKIND ALWAYS SAVES HIMSELF -- WITHOUT GOD! It's in this subliminal "entertaining" manner that Satan keeps mankind lost in the perpetual deception that he will always win out by his own power... not God's Power [that he really doesn't believe in, anyway]. And he will continue to delude mankind with this self-righteous attitude against God right up to the very Day that God "invades earth":
"…I saw three unclean spirits like frogs leap from the mouth of the Dragon [Satan; see Rev.12:9], the Beast [whom many today think of as the Antichrist - see Rev.13], and the False Prophet [a beloved miracle-working religious leader who rules with the Beast; called "another Beast" - Rev.13:11 -- or a Second Antichrist; about which the world is essentially unaware]. These miracle-working demons CAUSED ALL THE RULERS OF THE WORLD [all the nations, kings, presidents, premiers, etc] TO GATHER FOR BATTLE AGAINST THE LORD on that Great Day of God Almighty. 'Take note: I will come as unexpectedly as a thief! Blessed are all who are WATCHING FOR ME [the world is NOT expecting Jesus Christ to come back!], who keep their robes ready so they will not need to walk naked and ashamed.' And they [the three demons] gathered ALL THE RULERS and THEIR ARMIES to a place called ARMAGEDDON in Hebrew." (Rev.16:13-16 NLT)
A further study reveals that this world was taken over by the god of this world, Satan the Devil [to whom the first two people gave themselves as his obedient slaves {disobedient and rebellious to God's Laws - which is SIN - see I John 3:4} when they Worshiped and Obeyed him instead of the Laws of their Creator: don't murder, don't steal, don't lie, etc.]. The first people gave him their Obedience, which is worship, and their Sovereignty over the earth, which God gave to them, originally.
That's why Satan was able to temp Christ that "all the government systems of this world ARE HIS!" [see Luke 4:5-6] Because MAN GAVE THEM ALL TO HIM!
Satan has worked hard to plant in the spiritually slumbering hearts and minds of deceived man through the subliminal cinematic message he's instilled in us, or through actual sightings of UFO's… in whatever form they may take, to mentally prepare mankind to FIGHT OFF ANY ALIEN INVADER!
The usual way Hollywood's invasions go, the aliens come to "sap the earth of all of its life-giving resources" [including the lives of any living creature on earth] before moving on to the next planet; leaving any surviving creature on earth to die.
But mankind doesn't need a hostile "alien invader" to do that, does he? He is doing that NOW… TO HIMSELF and THE EARTH… because HE DOESN'T OBEY THE LAWS OF GOD.

Few people realize that among His Laws, God commands His creation, man, to "plant his crops in the earth for six years… and then LET THE LAND REST ON THE SEVENTH YEAR." If man would do that, God would provide a bumper crop in the sixth year that would carry over until the eighth year [see Lev.25:3-23].
If just this one Law were observed by man, the earth would be given the time it needs to replenish itself. And the food that greedy, profit-seeking man FORCES THE EARTH TO GROW, year after endless year, wouldn't require the ever-changing and new ARTIFICIAL herbicides, pesticides, and other vile-smelling hybrid plant-growing concoctions that they have to add to the earth's soil that's been long-depleted of its NATURAL life-giving nutrients.
If man could obey this one Law of God, no "food-processing plant" need exist, that would have to "add vitamins, minerals, and flavor" to the food we buy at the store, take home, and ingest.
It's a common, thoughtless, diet in the world today to which some have referred as ingesting "foodless food."
Millions of people abuse their bodies in this unhealthy manner with these vile unnatural "foodless" diets for the first twenty or thirty years of their lives, and then wonder why they're suffering perpetual ill-health in their old age.
Satan-guided, -obeying, -worshiping man is his own worst enemy… destroying himself and the very earth that sustains him, and leaving his destructive and diseased legacy for his children to suffer and deal with.
You would think that any potential self-respecting earth-destroying "invader" of earth would steer clear of this planet, wouldn't you?
The world can't be too far away from it, now. Deceived man with his Satan-bent nature of "envy, jealousy, lust and greed" has forsaken the benevolent Laws of God that would provide him Happiness, Joy and Peace in this world.
His satanic deception, "knowing that he is naked" and believing that what God has made "evolved" from nothing… has also blinded him to the Truth of God's Word.
The TRUTH is: the coming "alien invasion" of which the Bible speaks will NOT be a BAD THING.
God's "invasion of the earth" will be the BEST THING to ever happen to planet earth… and mankind. God calls it "gospel" or GOOD NEWS! It's the MESSAGE that He brought to earth, and it's the crux of all His preaching:
"…Jesus went to Galilee to PREACH GOD'S GOOD NEWS[gospel]. 'At last the time has come!' He announced. 'THE KINGDOM [Government] OF GOD IS NEAR! Turn from your sins [repent of your disobedience to God's Commandments] and BELIEVE THIS GOOD NEWS!'" (Mark 1:14-15 NLT)
What's religious about that?
Jesus Christ reveals that HE'S COMING BACK TO SAVE MAN AND THE EARTH from MAN'S OWN Satan-guided, SELF-IMPOSED DESTRUCTION!
Mankind… who believes in and worships all kinds of false gods… knows very little about His TRUE Creator, Jesus Christ, who "…made all things; and without Him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:3]
Mankind… who has always been deceived by the god of this world… has been taught TO HATE [not believe] JESUS CHRIST AND THE TRUTH OF GOD that the Bible reveals.
"…'When the world hates you, remember IT HATED ME BEFORE IT HATED YOU. The world would love you if you belonged to it, BUT YOU DON'T. I chose you to come out of the world, and SO IT HATES YOU… THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD WILL HATE YOU because YOU BELONG TO ME, for THEY DON'T KNOW GOD WHO SENT ME.'" (John 15:18-21 NLT)
God's Word, the Bible, REVEALS A COMING INVASION OF THE EARTH BY JESUS CHRIST!
This world doesn't suspect that this prophesied INVADER OF EARTH has had "alien" INFILTRATORS occupying the earth from the very beginning.
At least, it doesn't think of them as "alien invaders." It thinks of them more as being "ignorant, superstitious fools!"
But the world knows very little about the Truth of the matter. And although the Scriptures are there for all to see… it doesn't possess the spiritual perception to believe it when it does read or hear about it:
"Now Enoch… said, 'Look, THE LORD IS COMING WITH THOUSANDS OF HIS HOLY ONES. He will bring THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD TO JUDGMENT. He will convict the UNGODLY of all the evil things they have done IN REBELLION and of all the insults that godless sinners have spoken against Him.' These people are grumblers and complainers, doing whatever they feel like. They are loudmouthed braggarts, and they flatter others to get favors in return.
"But you, my dear friends, must remember what the apostles of our LORD Jesus Christ told you, that in the last times [before the invasion] there would be scoffers whose purpose in life is to enjoy themselves in every evil way imaginable. Now they are here, and they are the ones who are creating divisions among you. They live by NATURAL [carnal minded] INSTINCT because they DO NOT HAVE GOD'S SPIRIT LIVING IN THEM. But you, dear friends, MUST CONTINUE TO BUILD YOUR LIVES ON THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR HOLY FAITH. And continue TO PRAY[stay in constant communication with Command Center in heaven] AS YOU ARE DIRECTED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT." {Jude 1:14-20 NLT)
While God's coming "invasion" will take out mankind's governments, communication and power [political and economic]… it's ultimate goal is NOT to destroy man, the earth, and all life on it… but to SAVE IT FROM ITS OWN SATAN-DECEIVED SELF-DESTRUCTION!
"For those will be days of GREATER HORROR[Great Tribulation] than at any time since God created the world. And it will never happen again. In fact, unless THE LORD SHORTENS that time OF CALAMITY, the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE WILL BE DESTROYED. But for THE SAKE OF HIS CHOSEN ONES HE HAS SHORTENED THOSE DAYS." (Mark 13:19-20 NLT)
THAT'S what the Bible reveals as the PURPOSE OF GOD'S FUTURE ALIEN INVASION OF EARTH!
It won't be to destroy the earth and man… but to SAVE man and the earth from the ultimate goal of man's present god, whom he ignorantly worships.
To God's "alien" servants here on earth, He instructs:
"Live in such a way that GOD'S LOVE can bless you as you WAIT for the Eternal Life that our LORD Jesus Christ in His Mercy is going to GIVE YOU. SHOW MERCY to those whose Faith is wavering. RESCUE OTHERS by SNATCHING THEM FROM THE FLAMES OF JUDGMENT. There are still others[of mankind] whom YOU NEED TO SHOW MERCY, but BE CAREFUL THAT YOU AREN'T CONTAMINATED BY THEIR SINS." (Jude 1:21-23 NLT)
God isn't coming to earth to cause the pain and sorrow, death and destruction of Satan's alleged "coming invasion of earth" - ALL THAT STUFF'S ALREADY HERE! Man has been LIVING IT since the beginning of the world.
When Jesus invades planet earth; following His crushing of man's errant rule on earth:
"He will remove all of their sorrows, and THERE WILL BE NO MORE DEATH or sorrow or crying or pain. For THE OLD WORLD AND ITS EVILS ARE GONE FOREVER. And the One sitting on the throne said, 'Look, I AM MAKING ALL THINGS NEW!' And then He said to me, 'Write this down, for what I tell you is TRUSTWORTHY and TRUE.'" (Rev.21:4-5 NLT)
There are no "spaceships or UFO's" in the Bible… at least, no "unidentified" ones. But the LORD and His servants are as "alien" to deceived mankind as they can get. And it was man's worship of and obedience to the god of this world that "alienated" man from God: not, God from man.
The "alien" servants of the LORD in the world aren't so difficult to spot. They're the humble, meek, mourning, merciful, pure-in-heart peacemakers who hunger after the Righteousness of God for which they are persecuted. You can recognize them because they will:
"Be happy about it! Be very glad. For a reward awaits… [them]… in heaven…" (Matt.5:12 NLT)
Unless a person specifically says that he is a member of the Freemasons, it is difficult to say one way or another whether he is.
Why do people think UFOs come from space?
UFOs, things in the sky we ourselves cannot identify, are caused by many natural and man-made events. Balloons, heat inversions, lenticular clouds, aircraft seen at a distance through a haze... the list goes on.
Some people think the acronym U.F.O. stands for "Alien Flying Spacecraft", but I don't see how!
