How do remove rear brakes drums on Isuzu nqr?

To remove the rear brake drums on an Isuzu NQR, first, ensure the vehicle is securely lifted and supported on jack stands. Remove the lug nuts from the wheels and take off the wheels to access the brake drums. Next, locate the drum retaining screws (if present) and remove them. Finally, gently tap the drum with a mallet if it's stuck, and pull the drum straight off the hub, taking care not to damage any components.

Isuzu truck npr no tail lights?

If your Isuzu NPR truck has no tail lights, it could be due to several issues, such as a blown fuse, bad bulbs, or wiring problems. First, check the fuse box for any blown fuses related to the tail lights. If the fuses are fine, inspect the bulbs for damage and ensure the wiring connections are secure and free of corrosion. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to consult a mechanic for further diagnosis.

Wiring diagram of Isuzu giga engine?

A wiring diagram for an Isuzu Giga engine typically illustrates the electrical connections and components involved in the engine's operation, including the ignition system, fuel management, sensors, and control units. It helps technicians troubleshoot issues by showing the layout of wires, connectors, and circuit paths. For specific diagrams, it's advisable to consult the official service manual or technical documentation provided by Isuzu, as these details can vary based on the engine model and year.

Where is the engine number located of Isuzu 4HF1?

The engine number for the Isuzu 4HF1 is typically located on the engine block, often found on the side or front of the engine. You may need to clean the area to make the number more visible, as it can be obscured by dirt or grease. It's usually stamped into the metal, making it a permanent identifier for the engine. If you're having trouble locating it, refer to the vehicle's service manual for more specific guidance.

How exactly do you reset the O2 warning light on a 1992 Isuzu Trooper I know you need to do something behind the speedo but what and how?

On my 93 Trooper there is a "switch" behind the instrument cluster that resets the O2 replacement reminder light. I have read that it reminds you every 90,000 km. I say "switch" because it is actually a screw that you remove from one hole and put in an adjacent hole. Both screw holes are labeled - "KSW" on my cluster. This is a separate dash light than the check engine light. You can not do this without removing the cluster. It might not be an O2 warning light. It comes on when the computer detects a problem with the emissions controls. It may be a bad O2 sensor or it may be many other things. Don't assume it means the O2 sensor is bad. You may be able to reset it by removing the + battery cable for a few minutes. If it comes back on after resetting it, then the problem was not a bad O2 sensor.

Where is the PCV valve located on an Isuzu rodeo 2004?

It does not have one (the "valve" that is). I belive 1998 and newer do not. My 2001 Isuzu Rodeo does not. It does not because it is too new. However, it does have a PVC system with the breather tube coming from the crankcase to the valve cover. From there fresh air is taken from the air duct and mixed with the crankcase vapors. Then it is sent to the TBI Throttle Body system and burned up.

Isuzu npr failure to turn off when key off?

I'm assuming this is a diesel.

These engines have mechanical injection pumps and will continue to run indefinitely without "ignition being turned on" -- unlike gasoline engines which go off when power to the spark system is cut off.

There is usually a grounding system connected to 'key on' which shuts off fuel to the injection pump when the key is turned fully off. I do not have wiring diagrams at hand, or immediate access to my 1999 NPR to check precisely how that is done on this truck, but I would check back to determine which component of the shutoff is dead or disabled.

If there was a pre-existing issue with the truck not STARTING, particularly if there is some kind of anti-theft system acting on the fuel shutoff, and someone fixed that by disconnecting the shutoff, you may have an easier time determining where the problem is.

You can always shut off the diesel engine by interrupting the flow of intake air -- I do NOT recommend you do this with your hand! -- and this should not cause any subsequent problems with restarting the engine again.
