Check the thermostat to see if it was installed correctly. They can get put in backwards.

The only thing I can think of without getting inside the case is possibley one or more of the mounting bolts for you Transfer case to the frame may be broken or loose. This could become a major problem if not fixed quickly. the only other thing would be to check the ujoints along the driveshaft especially the ones closest to the transfer case. Crawl under when the truck is NOT running and wiggle the drive shafts or tried turning them back and forth to see if there is an unusual amount of slack. Anything beyond those things is beyond me, I Personally have a 3 inch lifted 92 Cherokee and have been fighting the vibration bug since I put the lift in

try turning ignition to run poss. 4 or 5 times waiting 2 seconds in run before next off turn of key. if it starts on the 5th or 6th cycle of key it is a fuel pump problem where it is allow the fuel to leak down back to tank. this problem is most evident at first start of the day or after it sat awhile.

It could be done, but would require extensive modification. The mounting brackets would have to be replaced, the transmission would have to be replaced, there'd be a bit of reworking to do with the electronics.

p3400 is a cylinder deactivation code. It could be any number of things. Did you happen to change the oil lately if you put in the wrong oil it can cause this. If I remember ride the require 5w-30. If not then you need to take it to a shop.

the panic alarm is a part of the anti-theft system. The computer knows that a part of the system is not working correctly, and won't let the vehicle stay running. hope it helps. duboff

The flasher relay on a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee 318 by unplugging the old flasher and plugging in the new one. The flasher relay is located under the dash on the driver's side.

Yes, the thermostat would be a very good candidate. Follow the top radiator hose back to the engine block. The hose connects to a housing that is bolted to the engine. Remove the hose, remove the two bolts that hold the housing and the thermostat should be right under it. Make sure that you thoroughly clean the surfaces, both the housing and the engine before you try to put it all back together. Some thermostats hosings are sealed with a gasket, others are sealed with a rubber seal. Whichever yours has, make sure you replace the seal. While you're at it, inspect the hoses and replace any that are bulging, leaking or brittle. Fill the coolant reservoir with fresh coolant after you have put everything back together. It's a very easy fix and should help with the heat.

Hello... I have the very same problem. To remove the hinge pin, you must heat the center of the hinge where the pin goes through, and use an air hammer with a flat pointed end. Manage the air hammer under the hinge, point on the bottom of the pin and pull the trigger. Steady the air hammer so it doesn't move around on you. ....Good Luck!!!!

Limited Slip was an optional feature and also was part of the Off-Road or UpCountry option package. Look for a warning tag in the glove box, an extra tag on a differntail cover bolts, or open the differential an inspect the carrier. The Limited Slip carrier looks different than the open differential carrier.

use a test light with the alligator clamp attached to a ground and use the probe to test each side of the switch for power
