A person is reliable if he/she is responsible, knows how to manage time, knows his/her limitations, a person must be fast and lastly clever for good. Its not always in education we have to rely, but also with a person's way of living life.

You dress comfortably, but according to the position you're applying for. You wouldn't show up in a suit to work on a road crew. You wouldn't show up in short-shorts to work in an office.

Many people find themselves stuck in what seems like a rut when it comes to their occupational goals. Changing careers or just starting out in a young adult life to begin the journey of the career of choice can be an intimidating process. Research has shown that people who put their goals onto paper and have an organized plan are more successful than those who do not take the time to do so.
When it comes to switching careers, the first step is to identify your long term career goal. Does the goal require more education? What are the steps that will be taken to reach the goal? How have others successfully made a career switch and reached their destination in this area? Nearly every educational and occupational path taken will be met with some challenges and obstacles. These hurdles can be overcome efficiently with a plan that prepares the person for the route he or she is following.
A five year plan is an efficient plan that many people in a variety of fields have used to chart their success in reaching their career goals. Though this works well for career paths, it has also had a positive effect on personal goals for many people as well. Long term career goals can be combined with personal goals and put in written form. When people create a five year plan, it is ideal to break the plan down into six months increments to effectively document the progress reached at each increment.
Examples of long term career goals that can be put onto paper can be the goal of obtaining a Master's degree in a specific field of education and to find employment, even at entry level, in the same field of study so that experience can be gained while pursuing an advanced education. People who hold down full-time jobs to support families while advancing their education may find it difficult to also find a part time job that will be in their new field of study.
Goals should be set with key factors in mind. These key factors include pursuing knowledge or education as needed if the career goal requires it, gaining experience either in work form or volunteer form, anddocumenting setbacks.

How do you handle a difficult situation with a customer?
This question is a common job-interview question. Make sure you research the company you are applying to thoroughly to get a sense of their business flow and style. This will help you tailor your response and answer the question most relevantly. Is customer service this companies top priority? Figure out what is most important to them, and how you think they would prefer someone to deal with a difficult customer.
For the most part, customer service is a businesses top priority When dealing with a customer do your best to keep your cool and be polite. Do not let yourself match their level of frustration or anger and calmly deal with the situation at hand. Think about the best possible solution to their problem and if you are having trouble figuring it out, don't be afraid to call a co-worker or manager for assistance. Your co-workers are your friends and valuable assets in difficult situations.
How do you reply to how long you will stay in this company?
This will depend on the position, but with almost any job they will want to know that you will be working with them for at least a year or two. Perhaps much longer.
One factor is how much training you will need. Some employers need to invest a lot in new employees. In many cases, you're costing them more money than you're earning them for months and months. There is also the "transaction cost" of finding and hiring you. If you're not going to stay with them a while hiring you will have been a net loss.
Think like the owners of the company.

A (Part I): "Before I answer that, let me ask you a question. How much are you earning here? Wait. Don't answer that. Let say you're earning, hm, $60K. And another opportunity comes along and offers you $70K, 80K, or even more, plus a better job title, a higher position, better benefits, better advancement opportunity. Would you take that opportunity? Or would you stay here?"
Pause. Wait for an answer. Or not. Then follow up with your answer:
A (Part II): "Whatever your answer might be, my answer is the same with yours. You work here. You know this company and the people here, better than I do. Right now I don't know too much about this place so I can't say if how long I'll stay. Now, if you are willing to pass a much better job offer and stay here with this company, then this company must have given you a good reason to stay. I'm sure that reason will also make me stay."

REAL ANSWER Tell the person your main points. "I'm a religious person who is active in his community." This says that you are honest, caring, and participate in the community. "I'm a student with a 'b' average in my courses..." This says that you are studing to improve yourself, and are bright. "I'm a recent graduate and I think that work would be a dose of the real world." This one says that you are trying on work as a break from school. If you couple this one with the 'b' remark, it says that you are trainable, with potential to advance. Add in your interests, like your hobbies, talents, and skills. DO NOT tell them that you can beat Zog of Zorgon in the latest computer game! This says that you are a goof off. While you may be, you don't tell the employer that. Math skills are always good, along with artistic hobbies, and poetry. Language skills are excellent (remember how the teacher said you could talk the ears off a donkey?) and communication is a wonderful asset. Make it fairly short, and end with the question, "Anything else I can answer?" This one says that you are open about your life. Other things...do not come in with your pants around your backside...at least wear a belt. Tuck your shirt in, and turn off your cell. It's rude to get a call at an interview. BATHE!!!! Brush your teeth. If you are prone to sweaty palms, swipe the ole deodorant over them about half an hour before you go. It stops that problem. Tie your shoes, and make sure they're clean.
