Temp fix is to open the fuse box cover and tap the relay to release the contacts. Or spend $300 on a fuse box for a $4 relay.

It's not completely out of line. I see a lot of KIA bashing on line but you get more for your money in a Kia and at 99400 miles, my drive shaft is under warranty and free. Not many other cars with this good of warranty. I am the 2nd owner and I love the car! These prices are for the Chicago area.
